Exact has now worked with Forum for 9 months.We found most their leaders friendly and talented in the area of Marketing.Exact was understaffed at the point of startup and therefore we had a lot of difficulties keeping ourselves and outside help organized. Once we got a point person, Allyson as the lead, and had weekly meetings, things got a lot easier for us and them. As we got more organized and kept on top of what was delivered to us, the performance went from sub optimum to optimum very rapidly!Together we accomplished a lot in the months between September and December.
