I always order Royal Diamond Rice from here, and it is excellent. I always cooked biryani and pulao with aromatic and flavourful, separate grains. That's why I ordered the Finest Basmati Rice for regular use, thinking it would be just as good since the Royal Diamond was so good. I'm not saying it would be exactly like Royal Diamond after cooking, but it could have been slightly better, right? But it turned out to be really bad after cooking.the grains were very short, almost like sushi rice. Even after being cooked, they clumped together and became too sticky.Then I complained to their company and their customer service was so good that they responded to us immediately and exchanged our rice, meaning the Finest Basmati, with Royal Diamond. I was really happy, and I felt that they correct the things that were wrong on their side and accepted their mistake and i wish they maintain their customer service and standard in the future.
