Not so focused!
I purchased a screen which came in their own packaging. The order I made was an error because I ordered the wrong kind (completely my fault). So I returned it using the instructions from their customer service. Since the package was never opened when I received it, I just returned it via USPS in their original packaging and on its way there I guess it got damaged and now they don’t want to refund the money I paid for the product. I would understand if I repackaged it myself, but if their packaging cannot handle shipment, that’s not my fault! they should package it better for safe transport. So not only did I pay for the screen, I paid to have it shipped back. As a live streamer, I will never use their services again. And I will be sure that my streaming colleagues don’t use them either. Lesson learned. Never again.

This seller is not honest
I ordered an Optoma HD 146X projector from this seller but received a product that doesn't have any model information, nor menu. Functions that 146X has do not exist in the product I received. Many keys on remote do not work. It is not 146X at all but an unuseful junk. Don't buy anything from this seller.

New church projector
A while back, our church was looking for a new computer projector. We meet in a gym so had specific needs in terms of brightness, projection angles, image size, and distance to the projector, because our set up is temporary. Jordan spent over 1 month between phone calls and emails helping us find the one that would work best for our set up, then making sure we had the proper cables and connectors. Everything is working like a charm!

Failed to fulfill order; terrible communication
They advertised an item for about 10% less than other retailers. But a few days after I ordered it (and they took my payment) they cancelled the order without ANY communication whatsoever. I had to figure out from a PayPal refund that they apparently decided not to fulfill the order because they didn’t want to honor their advertised price. When I emailed them to ask what was gong on, they didn’t even reply. Super disappointed and upset by this place.

Great for hard to find products at a good price
I was looking for for a new CD player / changer (yup, people still have CDs) and decided on a Yamaha CD-C600-RK. Unfortunately, it was hard to get. In mid June I ordered it from Focused and got an email back the next day saying it would take 5-6 weeks to fulfill due to the manufacturer. Not surprised with all the Covid shutdowns. Sure enough, it arrived early August direct from Yamaha and is great.Oh, and the price was very reasonable.
