We highly recommend!
My family highly recommends Florida Health Alert & Technology. We have relied on our Chit-Chat RescueTouch pendants for three years. The system has been been very reliable, customizable and easy to use. On only two occasions requiring customer support, Scott provided excellent personalized, professional and efficient services that rate well above and beyond our expectations. The fall detection feature provides 24/7 peace of mind since my 100-year-old mother and I have had syncope and other episodes/accidents, including Mom’s fall this past March when she broke her left arm. The system quickly notified her three contacts (up to five contacts are allowed). We prefer not to include an emergency service to the contact sequence; however, an emergency service number can be added at any time. The programmable features address our ever-changing circumstances, e.g., travel, care-takers. The customizable contact list is easy to set up and change. While her arm was in a cast, I deleted all but one person on her contact list so that the system alerted only the one designated person to help her to the restroom at night. The pendants are easy-to-use, unobtrusive and lightweight; thus, we comfortably, easily and safely move about independently while at home or traveling abroad. The SOS button is easy to press; even our 9-lb service dog is trained to press the SOS button if Mom or I need help. Alternatively, Mom or I can call the primary contact by pressing the phone button on the side of the pendant. Additionally, anyone on the contact list can call the pendant’s phone number and any unlisted callers could be blocked. We are loyal, satisfied customers. Without hesitation or reservation, we recommend Florida Health Alert & Technology because of outstanding personalized customer care; consistent reliability for 24/7 peace of mind; comprehensive features packed in an attractive, easy-to-use product; easy customization to quickly meet frequently changing needs.

Best coverage and cost effective w/ caring customer service.
After much research I chose this company to provide my one touch alert system to notify 911. I based my choice on the gps ability to notify the closest 911 service; to protect me in the shower and pool because it is waterproof, up to ~3 feet deep. I put my device on a gold chain and it looks like I'm wearing a pretty necklace. So unlike the older devices I am protected in my car anywhere I choose to go. Plus great customer service, one time a year payment /auto payment, and no device to return to company when my contract is cancelled.As I age and my assistance needs increase, I can update my device coverage accordingly (falls; medications; notifying children etc).

Your product and service were both exemplary, and I will definitely recommend them. Mom would place the RescueTouch in the charger by her bedside when she was sleeping, and put it on every time she got out of bed. She wore it everywhere she went, and it was a comfort to both of us to know that I was only a button push away.

I found Scott Lepper’s Rescue Touch several years ago when we needed something for my mother. She was very happy because when she needed held the call went directly to my brother and not a stranger at a call center.

Once we dialed in the fall sensitivity to mom's activity level, we have had peace of mind. Being able to contact mom through the pendant has been a blessing for those times when her cell phone may be off or not nearby. The customer service has been exemplary. We highly recommend!

I Love My Rescue Touch Button
I love my Rescue Touch button. I feel so secure knowing that I can reach my children instantly if I have a fall or other health issue. Florida Health Alert & Technology is always there for me if I have a question or concern. I highly recommend this company!

Very happy with Rescue Touch!
We ordered a RescueTouch button for my dad because we thought this was one he would use. He didn't want a button that called 911 when activated. He liked that it called family when he used it. My dad lived in Virginia when we ordered a RescueTouch button It just so happened that Scott was in Virginia at that time as well. He drove (I think from Virginia Beach) to Newport News to hand deliver Dad's device. Scott explained how the device worked and answered our questions.Unfortunately, Dad passed away in February. We no longer need the Rescue Touch device, but if the need arises in the future with other family members, we know who to call. Thank you Scott.

Very friendly and amazing service from…
Very friendly and amazing service from everyone I have talked to. When they have questions or concerns they always reach out to me. Even if the alert goes off by accident I get a call to let me know that my dad's alert went off. I have a greater peace of mind knowing that there are multiple people looking out for my dad and if something happens the GPS tracker in the button can help us find him

Impressive Device
It was a product that was easy to use by my father. It did not require a landline or cell phone to operate. It worked the way it was presented. The fall detention was accurate. We had confidence in the product. I discontinued the service when my father was admitted to an assistant living facility after surgery. He has gone home now but with VA benefits he does receive a call device for free. The VA product is dependent on a phone line. There have been two times in a month and a half where my dad did not have service. I am reconsidering going back to the RescueTouch product.

Living alone
Living alone, having Rescue Touch as my home helper in case of an emergency, puts my family at ease. My three contacts have already called because a button which was pushed by mistake. I do feel secure knowing help will be on the way if I should fall.

I needed a medical alert device for my long time neighbor George. He lives over 75 miles away from me and he lives alone. Being his caretaker, I needed a reliable and responsible medical alert device provider. Rescue Touch filled that bill with my extensive online research. After receiving and using their service for a few months, they have not disappointed me. And that is as refreshing a spring rain.
