I bought the policy from First Premier and pay upfront and now my AC unit need repairing and they are not receiving calls, after one hour or 45 minutes they receive call and disconnect by their end.They don’t want to facilitate the customer, they ROB the customer, this company absolute 100% SCAMMERS company.They playing with customers.

Totally unresponsive! This company is a joke. It's as though it's being managed by 10 - 12 rear old kids. Calling for anything takes 5 to 10 minutes and many, many rings for them to answer the phone. They use unreputable contractors and don't even respond when they are notified of dishonest business practices. Paying the3m in advance might as well be a charitable donation, because the customer receives NOTHING in return. *************Stay away!

If I could give this company a minus zero for a review I would. I submitted a claim back in August 2025. They refused to fix my stove eventhough I supplied them with all the needed info. I finally out of disgust for this company agreed to a $50 cash in lieu of service back on 10/30/25. I have called over 10x since then. I’m either on hold for an hour or disconnected or told my $50 will go out next week. This company are scammers and defraud people. Take my honest word DO NOT USE THEM!! Find another warranty company and look at the reviews first!!

First Premier has burned bridges with all techs in the area
I have been waiting for a valid tech to be assigned our claim (refrigerator is no longer cooling). It has been 4 weeks now. They keep sending back referral after bad referral stating my claim has been 'assigned'. The first two companies said they no longer do business with First Premier. The other two just never responded. This is the first year using First Premier.

First contact with First Premier
My first contact was with Andrew…I had made a list of questions and he answered all of them very well. My second contact was with Jason Adams. My experience with him was very informative, but more importantly there was no pressure, just good customer service. Hopefully in the next year, I’ll get to become familiar with First Premier and be able to recommend First Premier to friends who have or are planning to relocate to AZ from CA.

The lady I spoke to was Awsome she was so kind,helpful, we had choice Home Warranty and it took them over a week to get back with us, then Select Home Warranty, we had to to pay there contractor $90.00 for service call then pay the contractor $400.00 for a $50.00 part, igniter, took almost 2 weeks in very.cold temperatures,with babys in the house so we had to buy electric heaters and Select Home Warranty will reimburse us $150.00, and that takes a month or so, and can never speak to a English speaking person, it was overwhelming and so frustrating, So now were with Premier Home Warranty , we haven't had to need them yet, I just hope and pray if and when we do, all goes really good, thank you first premier
