Great Services Offered! Would Use Again :)
Prompt communication was great and we enjoyed the flexibility that was offered throughout our trip. Overall, will definitely be using First Charter again for future group trips!

Ups and downs
Bus driver was fantastic! On time and patient. The payment experience was difficult. I thought I was receiving an invoice but did not and was told on the phone I would pay when they arrived. Luckily, I had to call for another reason only to learn I was not scheduled because I had not paid. I was able to pay online right then but a few days before our trip received an invoice indicating they did not have my payment. What a sigh of relief when the bus pulled into the lot and I knew there had not been another mixup.

The great experience started since contacting them for out Church retreat, staff very friendly, professional, and accommodating to our needs. the drivers were also very friendly, and attentive of al the passengers, we requested stops for bathroom breaks and they were very understanding of it since most of our passengers were teens.

Driver pivoted well and got us back on track
The bus driver did a great job, but there was an information discrepancy. The driver had the wrong pickup address, although I was thorough and sent all the correct information during the booking process. It delayed our trip by about 15 minutes, but again - the driver did a good job and the rest of the trip went without incident.

Awesome drive to Portland
The communication leading up to our trip was good! Our driver was awesome! I believe his name was Tom (he told us twice, I have a horrible memory) So friendly, courteous, and safe! We really enjoyed our trip because of him!
