I loved the semi private tour with the personal transfers and walking tour. Everyone was extremely polite and professional. The whole tour was organized perfectly and it was always clear where to go and what to do each day. I also loved that we had some free time for our own adventures.
The tours overall were great and customer service really stepped up when needed. the first airport pickups was not at the airport and the vehicle was not up to acceptable standard (dirty outside and in)
As a retired travel agent, I found that working with the entire team of Firebird far exceeded my expectations. All of the private transfers, exceptional accommodations, fun excursions ranging from snowmobiling, reindeer sleigh ride, husky mushing experience, visit to the incredible Arctic Snow Hotel, added to a very memorable and once in a lifetime experience. A bonus was experiencing the Northern Lights from my Ice Igloo in Ranua! The arrangements were perfect each day, very easy to follow on the Firebird App.
Some really great hotels and day tours. Our 2nd time with Firebird tours in Japan and everytime we have had a great overall experience, we feel safe that every detail has been covered, and if we are unsure the support team are always there to answer any questions. We can just relax and enjoy the holiday, not worry about how we are getting to the next place.
Firebird knew exactly where to go and how to coordinate the trip. They were extremely responsive at all times. Easy to work with on planning. Just absolutely no issues or complaints.
The whole tour was great - we just have a suggestion for how it could be better:Tromso - the timing of all activities is not right. The first night is a dinner cruise which would have been better on the 2nd night as we only just arrived in time.The dog sledding and snowmobiling on the next day were located in exactly the same place - the problem was we were bussed there and back in the morning, then bussed back to the same place for the snowmobiles. Total of 6 hours on a bus. IF the timing was adjusted slightly and this allowed for snowmobiling on the first night this could have all been avoided. The timing of the flight into Tromso was much later than it needed to be
the trip was put together by Firebird, and it was a great trip for our vacation. they were excellent in explaining the tour and making any chances. while on the tour they had great customer service if u get lost or cannot find your tour guide.the whole tour experience from start to finishLesley my tour contact person, was wonderful and very helpful before and during the tour
We used firebird to help us build out an itinerary to see South America- basically in between two cruises (Buenos Aires and Lima)... From the planning to the execution, we were very impressed. We had a wonderful time and saw things that I would not have learned about on my own. We appreciate their attention to detail and their customer service availability when we had issues arise. Everything was always resolved to our satisfaction. I can highly recommend.
The Firebird experience was outstanding and would use their services again!
The balance from the idea stage to the final itinerary. Easy to follow with all needed documents. Two events confirmation emails were sent to my wife's email but you guys sent texts to me asking for confirmation of times. There was plenty of local restaurants to choose from but reservations should be made to garentee times and a table. Two places made time for us as we walked in without reservations
Excellent company to work with. They take care of all the details and are very accessible both before and during your trip.
Well organized trip.They use and app and helps to be always on top of it. Customer service is outstanding. We had a glitch where accidentally a room was only reserved for one person. They took care of it.We wished we had had a couple more off days on the trip to do things ourselves. But this is not Firebirds fault, we should have told them up front. Highly recommend!
This is the second time using Firebird tours. Both experiences have been phenomenal! From the planning, to experiencing, and returning everything goes according to plan! If we needed to make an adjustment the team was there to help!we have our third experience planned for this summer. Can’t wait!

All the planning Alexandra did for me was perfect and I was able to do everything I wanted and more with her help. I enjoyed all my accommodations and even got to enjoy the Northern lights. Honestly, I did have to book a separate excursion with an app that guaranteed northern lights where I was able to really see the lights dance in spectacular fashion from several sites. Otherwise, just one location early in the evening had low percentage chances of seeing anything. Maybe you guys could include that in the package to make it perfect.
Amazing Christmas experience in Italy - wonderful guides with in-depth local knowledge; hotels with friendly staff and central locations without being too touristy; and great customer service via the App/phone during the trip.

Firebird staff is available 24/7 to deal with questions and concerns. They also make you feel like family and not just a client in their interactions. As a single female traveler in a new country I knew I was safe because their choices in guides, drivers and hotels are top notch. I look forward to my next trip with Firebird.
