Fines Gallery was a pleasure to work with. They held my sculpture until I was ready for delivery. Once it was crated it was delivered in record time. The sculpture is absolutely beautiful and arrived in pristine condition .
The overall experience was great. We were looking for new furniture to put in our yearly rental. The quality of the products were very upscale looking and I had someone who worked there give me all the information I needed. They gave me recommendations and personally took the time to help plan out what I wanted and what would work best for my space. I would recommend to anyone that wants professional input and beautiful functional pieces.
My Mom recently purchased a marble Immaculate Conception statue from Fines Gallery and couldn't be happier. Through the entire process they kept her updated on the progress. My husband and I have had only pleasant experiences with FINES GALLERY. Person to person conversations, phone calls, texts and emails have all been prompt and courteous. We just had a white marble fireplace mantle installed. Installers were professional and perfectly installed the mantle. We had a great experience at FINES GALLERY. And we are in love with our fireplace mantle.
Recently purchased a marble fireplace surround from Fine’s Gallery. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. All questions were answered promptly and was shipped in the time parameter given at the time of purchase. The fireplace was crated very well and arrived with absolutely no damage. It looks amazing and have received countless compliments. If I’m ever in the market for another fireplace I’ll look nowhere else but Fine’s.

Chris and his staff were very professional and knowledgeable about the products they carried. They supplemented the numerous photos of the mantel we purchased by answering numerous questions we had regarding various aspects of the mantel. Prompt delivery and well packaged. We were a little hesitant to purchase this fabulous fountain as required cash payments, but the process was pretty direct for most of the communications being performed via email. Chris was very responsive and provided references for me as well to be comfortable with the purchase. The timeline was 7 weeks from first payment to delivery, which considering we had been eyeing this piece for years - what was another month and a half? Beautiful purchase - can’t wait to install it outside as part of our pool. The Mermaid Dream will definitely be the centerpiece!
I contacted over a dozen suppliers for solid marble, hand carved angel statues. I wanted them for my cemetery plot. Foreign suppliers provided the best price but that didn't include tariffs and shipping. Adding the later onto the price was costly and then I would have to do the leg work for shipping from "port" to my location. "Chris" at Fine's Gallery solved all those problems. Granted, I was a 'nervous nelly' working with a company I did not know. Chris always provided assurance and was able to provide the calmness I was lacking. Although a number of things could have gone wrong -- NOTHING did. The statues were remarkable! There was no damage from overseas shipping. The carving detail was spectacular. My shipper picked up the statues at Fine's Gallery without issue. My local monument dealer installed the statues at my cemetery location at a very reasonable price. Take it from a 'nervous nelly', if you need quality statuary, feel comfortable in contacting "Chris" at Fine's Gallery.

I was simply amazed at the variety of beautiful high quality bronze and marble statues and fountains and accessories available on their site. With patience and perseverance, I finally found a statue that worked well for the courtyard and my communication with Chris, from inception to finish was a great experience. He was prompt to answer all my questions. Was very polite and professional in fulfilling my requests and his straightforward approach to their payment plan and his capacity to provide me with a recommendation, with a pick up, delivery and set up request, was so prompt and efficient, that I was not only pleased with the fine product, but Chris's professional service.
