Personal Approach and Transparency
Brent Bartlett stood out from other loan officers/banks by sharing additional information about the loan product. The process was extremely transparent. The personal approach and clear communication was greatly appreciated! Five Star Experience!
Brent was an absolute asset to our first time homebuying experience! He was transparent, helpful, kind, and always made himself available to answer our questions along the way (as first-time buyers, we had plenty!) Thanks to his hard work and incredible communication skills between all of the parties involved, we were able to close seamlessly without any major hiccups. I will recommend him to anybody I know for their mortgage needs.

I'm leaving this review 2 years later. Our home buying experience was not great but our mortgage experience with Brent was. He was incredibly responsive, answered every question, and took my many many calls throughout the process. I actually could have gotten a slightly lower rate with another bank but went with Brent because of his excellent customer service.

I could go on and on about how fantastic Brent was during this process. He was quick to answer any question and always made my wife and I feel confident in our decision to obtain our home loan through First Federal Lakewood. He treated us with respect and genuine care for our needs. He always kept us in the loop and as first time buyers that meant the world to us helping us navigate the complexity of applying for the home loan.
