Outstanding customer service!
I have multiple Fenix Lighting flashlights and lanterns. I use them for hunting, emergencies and to irritate my neighbors. They are all preform spectacularly. Recently I had a problem with a lantern. It was out of warranty, but when I contacted Fenix, the problem was sent up the chain of four people quickly until it got to the person who could give me an answer. Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend their products.

Very slow to respond to customer…
Very slow to respond to customer service issues. Simply returning or exchanging taking days for a response. No excuse for it. Nobody does business like this.

No Customer Service!
Owned a flashlight for 12 years. Good product, terrible customer service. I knew the product was out of warranty. But, was led to believe , by Felix website, that they would evaluate and repair at my cost. I was OK with that but had to get a RA to return which is S.O.P. Sent a request online to do so. First request included all details. No response. Second request included same with dissatisfaction mentioned with ignoring first request. No response. So the one star is for no response or concern for a customer.

Brandi is a rock star but Fenix needs to sort out foreign purchasing
I ordered a headlamp for my son's birthday - he lives in the USA. They thanked me for the order, informed me that they were not processing it. The next thing I was aware of was that my son hadn't received it a week after his birthday. They would not process it because I wasn't using a credit card attached to a US account. Finally, Brandi, who is a rock star, spent an age sorting things and managed to process the order. Great service in the end. I'm a massive Fenix fan with around seven Fenix headlamps

They don't want non US people to buy?
For some weird reason they don't want to make money.They only accept a US payment form. which means that you can only shop at their page if you have a US Bank Account..So if you travel to USA and want to buy from them while you are there, there is no way for you do to that and the customer service really could not care less.No interest in helping me spend my money in their company?..Your lose. Buying my flashlight at the competitors..

Fenix customer service sucks
Fenix customer service sucks. They are of no help at all. I ordered a light. It was shipped USPS but was lost. Fenix KNOWS the local USPS location they use is awful but they continue to use it. I have been a week waiting on a light and or some sort of resolution from Fenix

Horrible customer service, no communication
Horrible, horrible customer service. After they sat on an order for weeks, charging the full amount to my credit card immediately, and never sending even an order confirmation email, I criticized them in an email and they immediately replied with nothing but a cancellation and refund invoice. No explanation, no apology.
That kind of arrogance, from a small company that otherwise gives off the usual rhetoric about how much they care about their customers, and so on, is why they don't deserve your business.
