Efficient, valuable, and professional
I contacted IDP from Italy where a car rental company in Rome refused to rent me a car without one. I eventually found a company that would rent to me, but it was triple the rate of the car I had reserved. I was advised that Italy’s law enforcement is cracking down on international drivers who do not have one. I usually get one before traveling, but I had never been asked for it, so this time I decided not to which of course I regretted. Because the delivery window was 2 to 5 days, I learned that the address I was sending it to in Southern Italy would not be open during the entire delivery window. I again contacted Jaime, at IDP and the delivery company advised that changing the delivery address would delay delivery by 1-2 days so wisely, she opted to leave it. I ended up receiving my IDP within about 41 hours! The process was expensive because of my tight window, but once I realized what Jamie and IDP does, it was well worth the money and a good value. She was professional, responsive and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Needed it quickly and the most important part of them is they communicate AND work directly with Triple AAA. Keep yourself safe and if you can't get to them then you must use FastIDP. It took a week from call to delievery.

Didn't realize until a week before our trip that I needed to drive. Living in NYC I found out that you need a 2 week in advance appointment to get a IDP. Jamie got it sent out and processed asap. I had also made a mistake on my form and Jamie responded to me within 10 minutes, got it sorted, and saved my trip! Highly recommend!

What an incredible service. I got an instant whatsapp reply from a real human (not AI!) within minutes of writing (on a SUNDAY!). The service was professional and so honest that in fact he recommended I just go to triple A in person for an easier experience and less costly, based on my location. What kind of business does this?! I have read other accounts of people having amazing experiences here, and I totally believe it. Would 100% recommend supporting this business, and if you have a little extra cash to save yourself the headache of having to go to triple A in person.

All of the AAA sites in Washington State had closed. Of course we found this out too late for our trip to France. Came across FAST IDP on Trustpilot. I was skeptical, but decided to give it a try. Wow, what great service. They informed me every step of the way, and notified when shipped with a picture of the IDP. Great service. I can’t think Fast IDP enough.

Fantastic company! Excellent on communication which, if you’re in a situation where you need to use this service, is very important and they realize that. I paid for their fastest service and next day shipping and they followed through. Ordered on Saturday paying for the same day processing, got a WhatsApp message shortly after from Fast IDP saying they received my order and wanted to ensure I understood they would process my order on Monday when AAA opened. I understood this but I appreciated them checking in. They processed my order that Monday and shipped it the same day. Great service. Can definitely be trusted.

Incredibly fast professional service!
I recommend this service so enthusiastically! I messaged Fast IDP in a panic because I was leaving for Germany in in 2.5 days, and all of the AAA offices in Washington have closed down! Jaime called me immediately (even though it was midnight in New York!) and walked me through the steps to get an IDP FAST! My IDP just arrived via overnight shipping, and I am so relieved because this is required to rent a car in Germany and Austria. And, I leave tomorrow. I highly recommend this service!
