Farmry was prompt in order processing and shipping
Farmry was prompt in order processing and shipping and item arrived early in 8 days with with all expected parts included and only a couple of minor burnishes. The shipping crate did have some bending and damage but the contents were adequately protected. The accessory was shipped separately via UPS and arrived before the main item in 5 days.

Great tool for the tractor!
Had been looking at 3pt chipper/shredders for a while, the Farmry CP85 was available at a good price and fit my tractors HP range. Assembled fairly easily and tried it out...worked flawlessly chipped and shredded a large pile of branches that I was going to have to burn before spring.

The product is commercial quality
The product is commercial quality, the price point is perfect and beats all other dealer pricing, the shipping was good, and the way the product was packaged for shipping showed a strong pride by the Farmry company that they too recognized the high value of the product!I would recommend the following for the the design team:1. Add a “kick stand” to the unit for use when the snowblower is removed from the three point hitch.2. Add a cover to the Shute gear teeth. Once the electric kit is added the wires could easily get caught in the gear and be cut.3. Change the tractor side pto locking ring to one with a larger release mechanism. The small button style release is hard to grasp and press all the was in.We are in the middle of a blizzard here in Massachusetts today with 24 to 30” predicted (already have 20” on the ground and it’s not expected to stop for another 9 hours). This snowblower will definitely save the day today!!!

Responsive customer service but verify your fitment
Farmry got the snow blower out in a very timely manner. Unfortunately Estes Trucking sat on it for a week before getting it to me. When the item was uncrated it had something bent on the chute mechanism. Contacting Farmry via email and Facebook messenger got me a fairly fast phone call reply to discuss the problem. In short order a brand new replacement part arrived via UPS. So I'd say that customer service was very responsive. The only issue was that I had to shorten the PTO shaft by 11 inches because it was far too long for the stock 3 point hitch lift arms on a Kubota BX2380. So my advice is to verify your tractor fitment because the snow blower has no adjustment provision. The snowblower does seem to function as it should in my limited uses.

Not quick hitch compatible like it states
Unit works great and chips wood amazingly. Only issue I had is that the website says hat is quick hitch compatible but it’s not. To make it work I’ll have to cut the chipper and weld in a new support bracket for upper top link.
