Awful seller
Awful seller. stay away. they are refusing to process my return, and try to charge me a shipping fee. Reported to Amazon. I can't believe they're even allowed to sell on amazon.

Avoid This Company – They Don't Honor Their Own Policies!
I had a terrible experience with Farmhouse Kitchen and Bath. I purchased a refrigerator, and it arrived with scratched handles. I reported the damage within their 30-day return window, expecting them to honor their own policy, which clearly states that damaged products can be returned without a restocking fee. Instead, they refused and insisted that scratches do not qualify as "damage," even though they are part of the product's overall condition.After weeks of back-and-forth, they contradicted themselves multiple times and still refused to issue a return without a hefty fee. I had to purchase and install another refrigerator in the meantime, leaving me stuck with a damaged unit that I have no use for.Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, and I would strongly advise against purchasing from them. A company that refuses to stand by its own policies and makes returns difficult is not one I can recommend. Buyer beware!

Unknown company but solid experience!
I looked everywhere trying to find reviews on this website, but finally took the leap - relying solely on the fact that my credit card would protect me. I purchased the Zline RTS-30 and The customer service was excellent. I changed my order a few hours after it was placed and the customer service facilitated the change. My item was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer and arrived in 4 business days via FedEx. I don’t care for the fact that their chat support won’t resolve customer service/after sales issues (they have to be handled via email only) but they did a great job responding in a timely matter - even over a weekend.I would definitely buy from them again!!
