Harshit Kumar was very helpful in proving us all the details and get us the best deals . He was followed up with us to make sure we got the right tickets / route / meals etc . We went a little to and fro for the pricing - but he secured us a good deal and also helped with the itinerary

customer service is very nice but problems are with air lines that is not in hand of a booking agent, because my both flights cancelled on 8 february then i got flight on 9th february i miss one part of the marriage party.
