Y'all assessed which bills that I can consolidate and sent to me a repayment plan right away within a couple of days. All of the information was consolidated into a contract using DocuSign.
Honest and responds immediately. Very happy with the program that has helped a few people I know. If you have 27%-29% interest rates on credit cards, there is a better way with Family Credit Management.

I submitted my quote on Thursday 2/26 in the morning. I received an email stating they would review it and reach out, but I wanted to compare the rates between two other DMP quotes and make a decision that day, so I called the number in their email and Whitney picked up. She said she could take on my case and about 30 minutes later she sent me a quote. We adjusted the plan a little (removed a credit card), and then moved forward with signing. The whole process was super easy (signed the contract online - got to choose my payment method biweekly or monthly, as well as enter my banking information). I didn't have to pick up the phone to speak with Whitney at all other than the initial call! It made my life so much easier since I could just text and email her.Overall, the process was so fast, efficient, and Whitney was very supportive and responsive. She gave me all the information I needed in one go to make an informed decision. We did end up signing with FCM because they had the best rates and included more accounts compared to InCharge and MMI!
I made my payments for almost a year now the credit card is asking me to pay them again saying it’s past due and I haven’t got any updates from Family Credit management.

A debt credit advisor, Jennie, contacted me the same day with the breakdown of what my plan would look like after I filled out the questionnaire and she pulled my credit. I had some questions about the plan and she responded very quickly. I scheduled a call with her and she talked to me like she had known me for years. It was so refreshing. Nothing was pressured and she tweaked our plan to what worked for our family. I just signed up but so far I am pleasantly surprised.
They help you by paying and working w your creditors. U don’t fall behind. I’d recommend to anyone that needs help with debt.
The company is very straight forward in their approach. I have found the guidance they give to be on-point and the representatives are personable, professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond.

It's working well but my husband had his foot a few months ago and lost his job , we have no money and had to take out a few more cards , can we add them to our payment plan please ? We cant afford it . I also have a playpal account i have to get rid of. My husband just started getting disability but after bills are paid I dont had enough for food . I really have to get those cards consolidated . Please 🙏 help 🙏 😢.

Everything went so smooth I couldn’t believe how easy it was all my questions were answered. There was no pressure. I talked to a couple different companies, and this was the only one that could work with all my creditors especially, my payday loans I have to say I emailed and texted and had one phone call. Every step was very professional and I’ve already received letters from two of my creditors, saying what a good decision I made and they support working with me through Family Credit thanks again You actually made me feel like I was important.
