I purchased a great product for a decent price. Factory Pure got my product to me quickly with tracking. The box was a little rough looking but there was no damage to the product and all the parts were supplied.
I was trying to purchase a tilting shower chair and tried 4 vendors, including Walmart. They all took my order, charged my card and then sent me notifications that they were out of stock or gave me a 4 to six week delivery date. I called Factory Pure, asked if they had the one I wanted in stock, they confirmed that it was available and I received it 5 days later.
Transparency contact delivery was awesome
Back in December of 2025 I purchased an item from Factory Pure. This Item was shipped direct from the factory. I received the product on Dec.30 2025. Upon opening the box I found all the hardware, hose, owners manual and set up instruction manuals missing, also had missing screw on the pump. m The Unit had the appearance of being a return. I called Factory Pure immediately and the said they would notify the factory and I would have an answer within 48-72 working hours. They kept me informed with all correspondence with the factory. Due to the procrastination of the factory shipping a new unit Factory Pure Shipped one to me from their stock. Great Company to deal with always there to please. I would never hesitate to purchase from them again.
FactoryPure's representative that I talked to on the phone was knowledgeable about the Generac generators I asked about, and ordering the generator over the phone was easy. The generator was shipped out the next day and I was kept informed of the progress of the delivery each day until it arrived.

We were in love with our Clams until they changed the screening. They went from noseeum netting to great big netting that lets noseeums in. We spent $700 on a new top -of -the line Clam that was worthless in Florida! My 9-year-old one had noseeum netting, so we were surprised and disappointed when our new one arrived with screening with a mesh big enough to let the bugs in. We searched everywhere for tents with the B3 gauze netting. And finally we found Vevor. We bought two! In this RV park we're noticing that a lot of Clams are being replaced by Vevor. I told my neighbor about the Vevor screens recently, and I noticed that their Clam is gone and they have a new Vevor. Clam was previously the leader in fantastic tents. They have thrown away their advantage. Vevor is less expensive and now much superior.We recently had winds in excess of 50 miles an hour, and heavy rain. Both our tents were flexible enough to survive the winds. We had to pop the tops up a couple of times, but they did well in the wind.Your company has wonderful customer service. I spent a long time chatting with Richard, and he was very helpful. I recommend you to people that I tell about the Vevor.
