Our Danish cousin sent us the soldier boy for Christmas!! We just love him!!! So much personality in just a few strokes of paint!! He stands tall in his own way and proudly displays the Flag of Denmark!

How I found this company I don’t know, but I have absolutely fallen in love with the little figures – it helps that I’m visiting Copenhagen next year too!I’ve been very lucky to have been able to buy a couple of the little guards (I have Knud on order!) and the entire collection including the large Hans Christian Andersen figurine who sits proudly on my shelf.I will definitely be buying more of the little figurines to add to my collection.Please don’t hesitate to buy from Fablewood.

As a hobby woodworker I appreciate the design and construction of the characters. Shipping is expensive to Canada so that limits what I get but that is not the company’s issue.
