It’s a total gamble. I got ripped off recently for 160$ - If you choose this service, cross your fingers and hope you get a good doctor. You pay first and if something goes wrong they will not refund you

Joshua Clayton I paid for the TeleMed online portal visit, which went fairly well. Everything worked out like I wanted it to until it comes time to getting meds. I guess prescription was never sent to the pharmacy by the provider so I waited. I used the portal and wrote all channels necessary needed to get this resolved And nothing has come about yet. I don’t understand why I’m still waiting on the provider to send meds and I don’t know why that the teleporter the company that I used doesn’t have better communication with their doctors and providers, but obviously they don’t so far. This has been a waste of my time and my money that let’s be real. None of us have to be throwing out the window. I’m still going through the proper channels to try to get this resolved as of now nothing good has come about my resolution would be to get my meds sent to my pharmacy so that I can get the meds that I need to do my daily rituals job and task at hand. Thank you.
EDIT: while MedVidi states they have reached out with a goodwill offer, this is absolutely not true. They offered a *50%* refund AFTER I initiated a chargeback, complained to the BBB, left these reviews, AND submitted complaints to applicable state medical boards. Nobody cared about my case at all until I escalated it further than I ever should have had to.No thanks, I’ll wait for the chargeback.*** END EDIT ***Disappointing Experience — Unresponsive Care and No Flexibility for Legitimate Concerns. SKETCHY Chief Medical Officer. This might save some people some time:According to publicly available data, MedVidi’s Chief Medical Officer, (and self proclaimed “futurist” Dr. Laura Purdy has faced formal disciplinary actions in over 20 U.S. states. These include:• Reprimands• License suspensions• Probation and monitoring• License surrender• Restrictions on practiceMy review of MedVidi: Disappointing experience. Unresponsive and zero flexibility.I was genuinely hopeful when I turned to MedVidi for support managing my ADHD. I came to them during a very challenging season in my life: caring full-time for my medically complex child, balancing family responsibilities, and trying to stay afloat with work and school, all while managing severe symptoms.Unfortunately, the care I received did not meet even basic expectations. My initial appointment lasted only ***8 minutes***(See attached photo conformation from my correspondence).I voiced concern about the prescribed medication, requested an alternative, and was ignored. Follow-up attempts were met with generic replies, a strict no-refund policy, and ultimately an offer for another appointment long after I'd already sought better care elsewhere.Perhaps a representative here will be able to clarify: During which minute of my EIGHT minute intake appointment, while I was caring for my son with complex medical needs, was I supposed to research this drug to see if it was a good fit, AND advocate for myself?Throughout this process, I remained respectful and persistent. I documented everything. I made it clear that I wasn’t seeking compensation beyond what I paid, just a fair and human response to a poor clinical experience.Instead, I encountered a company culture that appears to prioritize rigid policy over patient care. Zero-exception refund policies are not a marker of professionalism. They’re a red flag especially when services are unsatisfactory or misaligned with patient needs. After exhausting all support channels, I reached out directly to MedVidi’s executive leadership through LinkedIn and other professional platforms, including their CEO, CTO, CMO, and COO. I have yet to receive any acknowledgment.I will be posting the full transcript of my correspondence with MedVidi’s support team, to ensure transparency for other prospective patients. I sincerely hope management takes this opportunity to reflect and reach out.Until then, I cannot recommend MedVidi, and I urge anyone seeking truly patient-centered mental healthcare to look elsewhere.
Had an issue with my provider and tried reaching out to customer support. I should say, don't bother. Unreceptive, didn't care that my prescription is long term and well documented. They refused to fill without clarification. I've been scheduled with 3 different providers over the last three months as well - no continuity of care. it's like starting over each time. Don't waste your time or money
DO NOT use this!! they took ALL of my information and then took my money. The provider never showed up and when I called it was someone who couldn’t even speak correct English. This is a SCAM despite reveiws. I was truly hopeful I could get the help I needed. I can’t even believe this.
everything went well until this weekend when my provider did not show....I have been trying to get in contact because I PAID for the appointment...now they want to reschedule for more $$$....jeeeeze you just get put on hold when you call....what's going on guys?.... update...they fixed everything for me when I finally got through to someone....
Everything that could have went wrong, did. I was assured up to three different times by the phone consultants that I WILL GET WHAT I NEED. Instead the Dr made me wait till well after 20 mins. I assumed it was to review my history. It was not Completely ignored everything I said unless it was thrown in my face.. I spent the LAST MONEY I HAD FOR THAT VISIT. and he said "WE DONT DO THAT. After everything online and on the web say this is a specialist for Benzos. I'm planning on leaving a negative review as many ties as needed to get this company from hurting more people
Medvidi and EZcare are symbiotic companies. The review will be the same since both are affiliated with each other. Price is high for the service you get. They never sent my prescription to the pharmacy and my script was suppose to be picked up Saturday since I run out of medication that day. Try to get a hold of anybody but no one answers the phone or email but they are quick to contact you when your appointment is near. AND if you try and schedule an appointment before a certain time they call and ask you why you are trying to get more medication before the time frame. Super tedious and painful process. Save yourself the madness. I was trying to save time by doing things online like everyone else but it’s been a headache and now no one is getting back to me. I assume this online telehealth service cares about the patient but whomever sits at the top is looking at us and just counting the money they make on people’s mental health conditions. It should be against the law to treat people this way.
Stay Away – Irresponsible and Unethical TreatmentBe cautious! I was a patient at Medvidi EZ Care for two years, receiving treatment for panic attacks. During this time, they consistently prescribed me a controlled medication that was critical to my care. However, during my most recent follow-up, I was suddenly told they could no longer prescribe it.The appointment was with a provider I had never spoken to before. Not only did he refuse to show himself on video during the telemedicine visit, but he also immediately labeled me as “addicted” without any prior discussion or warning. Despite being on this medication daily for two years, they abruptly ended my treatment without any notice or a proper plan for tapering off—a critical concern since this medication can cause severe withdrawal symptoms, including insomnia, depression, seizures, and even death if stopped suddenly. When I asked about tapering, the provider’s only advice was to “go to urgent care.” This response was shockingly irresponsible. It’s clear that their primary concern is not patient care, but covering themselves due to an FDA audit they apparently faced. Their decision to abruptly stop prescribing controlled medications without a proper transition plan is not just negligent—it’s dangerous. There are far better options available with providers who genuinely care about your well-being and won’t put your health at risk for their convenience. According to an attorney I consulted, this level of carelessness could even be considered malpractice. For the sake of your health and safety, avoid this clinic at all costs
Not a good service!
Horrible experience! From the doctor himself to actually getting a legit script. To get to the point, Walgreens would not fill it because the doctor does not have a FL address near my zip code, so I said I would transfer to a mom and pop pharmacy that may have guidelines that are less strict, but the doctor has to revise the script to clarify he has a Florida license because he practices in a few states. This is the 4th day since my appointment and I have spoken to “customer service” every day.My provider could not be bothered to revise a script that he messed up, so I just wasted time and money. I paid for a prescription and did not get it nor am I going to wait this long for it. I will write a review on every platform until this is resolved and dispute this with my credit card company if need be.This doctor was pompous and obnoxious. He started by telling me he was in the top 10% of his class and how many thousands of people he “treated”. I told him that I want a really low dose methylphenidate. Just 10mg ER. He kept pushing for higher dosages like 30mg and I said no over and over and that I want to start low and reevaluate next month. He eventually agreed on the 10mg ER once I gave him enough pushback and when I asked for a booster pill for longer days, he said no because he offered me a higher dose and I wouldn’t take it. What does that have anything to do with it? A higher dose does not last longer. He also told me to go off all my current medications such as Nortriptyline (for depression), lamotrigine, mirtazipine (for sleep) and clonazepam (which I only take for sleep). I have extreme sleep anxiety because I wake up at 5:30am and work 12 hour shifts. He said I won’t have depression and will sleep better if I take his recommended dose of Methylphenidate. Have you ever heard of a patient asking for a low dose of a med and being punished for it?Personally, I am a nurse and cannot imagine treating a patient this way. Horrible provider. Horrible company!
Their website specifically says they prescribe controlled substances for severe anxiety and PTSD, as long as you follow their rules. After paying quite a bit of money to talk to the doctor, I was told that the information given on the site wasn't true, and I was turned down for Alprazolam. A waste of money and time.
I am very disappointed with the service. I had my appointment nearly three weeks ago and was assured I would receive my prescription (RX) by that evening. However, I am still waiting. The call center representatives repeatedly read from the same script, stating they are waiting for the doctor to sign off. This is the third time I have had to wait weeks for my prescription. I recommend finding a better telehealth service. This one is not worth it, and it is expensive with the worst kind of service.
In this economy, $195 is NOT cheap. EZcare Clinic charges $195 for a 10 minute appoint AND if you don't have insurance, you have to pay for the prescriptions as well. Depending on the medication(s), you're looking at about $300 out of pocket, which is my current situation. Initially, they cancelled my first appointment and I asked for a refund. They claimed that it would take a month for a refund, despite me requesting the refund before any appointment took place which is in their "refund policy." After a week, I finally decided to give them a chance and so far, I'm regretting it. The NP said that it could take up to 6 weeks for any relief! WOW! This is too expensive for trial and error. These people want your money upfront without sure results. One of the medications they put me on is doing the complete opposite of what it's suppose to and making me sick, decreasing my already LOW quality of life. EzCare Clinic uses a "one size fits all" approach when diagnosing patients. I never once felt heard or understood during my appointment. I was diagnosed with PD at the early age of 10 years old. By this age, I had been through enough trauma for A FEW lifetimes. That excludes my teenage and adult years. I've been battling this for over TWO DECADES! Everyone deserves to be treated like an individual when it comes to their health but here, you are forced into a box, thrown placebos or Benadryl and sent on your way...FOR $300! That's absurd. I suggest finding a provider close to you and going to see them in person because there is only so much telehealth can do at this point. It was convenient during the pandemic but its useless now because you're not seeing actual doctors. I'll update if anything changes.
After being a patient for over 9 months and NEVER HAVING things happen the right way or in a timely manner, I have come to the realization that EZ care does not care about their patients… only the money. After giveing them a second, third and FOURTH chance after multiple catastrophic failures to give my case the time it needed, and which I paid for. It took leaving a negative review for the prescription team to do their job. Within hours of leaving this review, the 3 months that they had been “working on my issue” was miraculously resolved within hours. It took a public declaration of my mistreatment for them to prioritize me as a patient and actually work on finding my prescription. After 10 weeks of patronizing phone calls where I would be fed verifiably false information that they were calling pharmacies trying to locate my script, it came down to me taking to the internet for them to do their job. This is the SECOND time they did this, with weeks and months of leading me around with empty apologies, unprofessional behavior, and innumerable inconsistencies which led to a breakdown in my health resulting in loss of a scholarship.. among consequences I paid out of pocket for. Despite my repeated request for a supervisor to contact me through this process I finally got a transactional call, from an Eric, AFTER the fact… only to request that I take down my negative reviews for a whopping discount of $30 on my next visit! The audacity it takes to ask me to remove a review then offer such a pathetic discount really paints a picture of what we are worth as patients. As business owner with years of experience, what SHOULD have done to express their appreciation, gratitude and value of me as a client and to give the company a chance to prove that the TWO experiences that I had were not the standard they hold themselves to. Also, to give them an opportunity to show me that the track record they have now earned as dishonest, misleading, and undependable has been corrected and that the systemic problems within the company regarding communication, patient prioritizing, and management problems have in fact been addressed….my next visit should have been extended as complementary…. Or at the VERY least DEEPLY discounted or nothing should have been offered at all. The pittance which WAS offered of $30 off my next visit is less than they offer for sales and seasonal specials! Am I not even worth a call to the loss prevention department!?!? And, more over, this offer was contingent on my deleting the comments I had left about my own experience, while at the same time admitting that it all had happened and not offering any kind of assurance that I would not have the same experience for the third time. I asked Eric, why would I delete my post if it is true and you haven’t provided proof to the contrary? Shouldn’t you offer me a chance for your company to get this right? Why should I pour another $100+ into a place that has failed me for 9months? His response was that he was sorry that I felt the way that I did and that I was assured it would not happen again… and I was supposed to trust that I would not be yet again paying for a service which would end up CAUSING MORE STRESS, more damage and NEGATIVELY IMPACT MY HEALTH more than when I started? He told me that was all he could do and that he hoped I changed my mind! I will say that it was reflective of this entire experience from start to finish, they inky care about how much money I pay them not if I am actually receiving the treatment I paid for…. Shame of you EZ care!
The PA called to tell me she was rescheduling me for a half hour later. ? No call back Then an appointment for 9 15 Monday. No call. But they took my money. I am disputing it. Just tell me if you don't want to treat me! I'm so disappointed and disgusted with them. I will never never use or recommend them again but I will tell the medical board they took my payment then blew me off. Major no no.
Scam do not waste your timer money, though. The people Staff who answer the phones Appear to be attentive and very polite. That is their job. They also make a lot of promises that are not follow it up with but I changed my phone number Prior to my appointment, I called several times before my appointment as well. As a day before and gave the new number. And assured that it was the fact number. I know they got the number. Because I received an email with a link to join the Doctor the next or the day after which the Doctor never joined. I tried to call and could not reach anyone. Until hours later I was told that they were gonna send me another link. Then I was told that it was gonna be a $50 additional fee that it was a rescheduling fee. I don't understand it wasn't on my part. Or my fault? Why did The Visit did not go I? Gave all the information needed and I know they had it because they sent me the link. So there was another $50. Then after that, they scheduled me out. Almost 2 weeks later. Then they insisted that I get a Doctor from note for my previous Doctor of clearance which I myself had to get. And that took a lot of headache and hard doing, but I did get it done. Then another $50 rescheduling fee, which I then again paid after this point I was completely invested all of my money into this appointment and completely out of medication. Their lack of empathy for their patients is insane. Then my appointment was over 5 days ago w a nurse practioner and she assured me my meds would be at the pharmacy that day. They were not the office promised within 24 to mo more than 48 hours. That was 5 days ago. They kept spinning me and promising the Dr forgot to sign off on them. That us the hold up I can see the meds in my portal yet they are worthless w no signature. Now conveniently they have blocked my calls. They care about money that us all. I'm contacting the bbb fda and medical board if my money isn't returned immediately. My attorney is not in today. But will be in the am. Don't trust these scam artists. Sad ppls health mental heath at thar is nothing to these ppl. They need to be out of business.
I get subs from one doctor and I get ads and bars from another, but they both know about each other. Out of the blue, they told me I need a clearance letter, stating that I can take subs with my adds and bars. So I get the clearance letter and now they're telling me I have to choose, subs or ads and bars. Mind you, I've been on this medicine for over 15 years, they know I can have seizures and they don't even care, lucky for me I know people. If I didn't,I would be in the ER right now or maybe dead. Something needs to be done about people halting your medication. Y'all get us on these medications and then hold them over our head like y'all are GOD ALMIGHTY!! I'm here to tell you, you're not! Y'all won't stop me from getting my meds, Ez care staff can suck a golf ball through a water hose,😂😂JERK OFFS!!
I had set up an appointment for Thursday, February 22 at 11:30am cst for a consultation with Dr. Robin Sneed but as instructed, I was on the email link to join the conversation with the doctor. We could not make contact due to technical issues and the doctor told me to log out and back in again… I did this several times but was unable to complete the service that I paid $195 for. Tried to reach the customer service team in San Francisco but I was put on hold with no way to resolve this issue…
Wish I had found this place years ago so I wouldn't have to deal with the BS from the VA. Dr. Romero has been very accommodating to my needs and I am in a much better place now thanks to him. Definitely recommend giving them a try. Got an appointment in less than 48 hours when most of the clinics where I live were 3 months out.
