I haven't received my glasses yet
I haven't received my glasses yet, so I can't really evaluate the service. I had trouble with the website, but partly because of my own internet service. No one was available for chat, but it was fairly late at night. Ask me again after my glasses arrive.

The online purchase turned out super! No waiting in line & my glasses fit great & the prescription is correct. I even received an email about what I had submitted, asking for additional verification. This told me they are reviewing the submissions.

Be ware of on line orders.
The last few times I have bought glasses I went to the Farmers Branch store. Glasses were always ready the next day and if there were any problems they were remade to my satisfaction. This time I went in but the frames I selected were not available. The sales person checked on line and confirmed they were available on line. He worked up a price and discovered there was also a substantial savings if I ordered on line. I would have to rate my in store experience has always been 5 Stars. I went home and on 2/13/26 I ordered the glasses on line. I immediately received an email the order was submitted and I would received an email when the glasses were ready to ship. After about 4 days (includes a week end). I called Customer Service and was told the glasses were getting the Anti Glare Coating and that takes an additional day. I’ve never heard that before. A couple of days passed and called back. This time I was told their servers had been down and orders were backed up. I wanted a couple of more days and called back. This time I was told they were backed up because of the response the had to the online sale. I was then told I was within my 7 To 10 day time frame to make the glasses. What happened to glasses ready in 24 hours. Finally on 2/22/26 I received the glasses were ready and being shipped. I checked the web site and it said A shipping label was created. On 2/25/26 the USPS had received the package and it was being processed and scheduled for delivery 3/2/26. I will not use the on line service again. Their Customer Service is Horrible and they could care less about trying to help you. I would give the on line service 0 Stars.

First off I don’t care for reviews but these people are something else . At first walking into the place you get that warm smile . I needed some glasses so the person behind the counter directed me to the area if men’s frames while she explored my insurance coverage. I had found a few options I liked . But once she saw the price of what was in my hand vs how much the insurance was worth she quickly directed me to far more costly frames . Honestly they looked and feltThe same but greed kicks in and more commission for her was better . Needles to say that was my first and last time I will visit them . The attitude changed instantly after that . You get that unspoken feeling like you’re not welcome and I’m waiting their time . The true colors appear. Thanks but no thanks . My eyewear order look as they be used before and they are felling off there white tape that wont come off.. wow so upon calling like you guys asked me to because they seen that my review wasn't good The guy that I talked to pretty much didn't do anything for me he pretty much said that glasses aren't perfect so either what he'll do is he'll sing me a label so I can ship them back and then be without glasses till I can get new ones which is not cool either but also he's like you need to go to your local store to get them fixed well by the time I go there they're going to say that you've had them a while cuz I'm busy right now I can't go right away and they're not going to fix them so what was the point I'm kind of frustrated by that. A refund would have be a good idea

Will never order again
Will never order again! Lied to me several times about where my glasses were. The first round after a week was they messed up the coating on the glasses. The second week they said they were mailing them in a day. After 14 days, three different people said they mailed them, have them in the lab, or the post office hasn’t picked it up yet. See the problem? They advertise 80% of their glasses ship next day. Some are done in an hr. I guess some take three weeks and lies along the way about the status of your order. Never, ever again. Who knows when I will see them. Most positive answer was I’ll have them before a month is up. Also, btw in the store my glasses were over $600. Online, same pair, was $300. Zero stars if I could rate them lower.

Emergency situation and necessary
Jenni was extremely helpful and explained all warranty and add ons. I was given an hour for them to be ready and they were ready in 40 minutes. I highly recommend in an emergency situation and glasses prices are affordable, but same day is the best overall!

Lack of communication and transparency
Over a week later without any communication or tracking information, I reached out to the company requesting my tracking number. I received a number. When I look up the tracking it says the tracking label was JUST created and postal has not recieved the item yet. It has been a couple days now and status has not changed. When can expect my glasses???? I can be very patient with transparent honest communication when placing my orders. And, when I inquired about my tracking information, you could have taken the opportunity to communicate if they were indeed ready and being shipped. Even if you may have more than normal amount of orders to fill because of holidays.. creating a label is not the same as shipping the item. Communication and accountability please.

Order accuracy through shop is terrible. If my order isn’t ready or shipping Shop shouldn’t tell me the shipping expectation. And when it does ship I should get a tracking number to track from the source, not Shop. I probably won’t be using you all to buy glasses again.
