First of all, Danielle and Bryce have been available at all times which is enormously helpful. But the bigger deal is, they are actually doing EXACTLY what they promised to do. Trash contract negotiators, like electric/water negotiators have been around a long time. And somehow they do funky math and your site doesn't end up really saving money. This is the real deal. They advise you on where they see potential savings, present it to you, and if you agree, they go back and renegotiate the contract for you. Even a contract that's only 2 years in on a 5 year contract. The savings are REAL! They split the savings with the property 50-50. It's been a huge win for us. One of our properties is saving $1100 per month. $550 to Evolved, $550 saved by the property.
