I purchased the Golden Designs "Sundsvall Edition" 2 Person Traditional Sauna from eSteamed Saunas and am thrilled with my purchase experience. From beginning to end, the process was made easy by Mason at eSteamed Saunas. His customer service was top notch. When I initially contacted eSteamed Saunas, I had a different sauna in mind, but Mason suggested this model, which was similarly priced, a bit bigger and had an upgraded heater. His prices were competitive, too. During the process, I had a bunch of questions about the sauna, delivery, and installation, and Mason was responsive and very helpful each time I contacted him. I've been using the sauna for 2 months now and could not be happier with it. I love how fast it heats up (easily and quickly gets above 195°F) and the size and design, overall is great. I ordered a sauna back in May, which was out of stock. After a long 2 months of waiting, it finally arrived and I love it! It is (SunRay Baldwin 2 Person Sauna) as expected and better than I could have imagined. The customer service is fantastic. Mason is very responsive and helpful.
