Our tap water had a metallic taste, is hard (creates buildup quickly), plus the chlorine. We ordered a reverse osmosis system from ESP Water Products, and it is so much better! Feels refreshing and clear. When I had an installation question, ESP was readily available and talked me through the issue. That kind of customer service is so unusual now---not a phone tree, outsourced agent in another country, or Amazon where you can't reach anyone. Dallas-based, available, and helpful. This is a very reputable company. I will definitely use them again. I ordered a glass sleeve for my UV light and O-rings. When I removed the package from the shipping carton and started removing the O-ring that was attached to the outside, the cap on the bottom of the tube fell off. Of course the glass sleeve came out and shattered on the ground.I called ESP Water customer support and explained the situation. He said he would need to send this to him manager and I would get a reply Monday (Thanksgiving was the next day). In less than a half hour I received a text stating they were preparing my shipment. There was no additional cost.
