Multiple orders and Always happy
I have done multiple orders and have always been happy with the products, price, and the promptness of shipping. I was shocked to see there were some poor reviews...makes me wonder. I've gotten some parts as soon as two days after ordering, which is impressive. I'm a real customer and I'm happy with them.

Best place to get Saab parts!!
Matt over at esaab has always been extremely helpful in finding parts for my Saab and they have the best shipping time. Esaab is the best place to buy any Saab parts from a true Saab enthusiast! Only place I go to find parts.

What a joke! Refusing to sell item due to the valuation of high risk of credit card fraud because of using VPN!!! Bank verification is not provided. Not only experts in car parts but also in fraud LOL.

Best place to buy Saab parts in the US
I've bought numerous parts for my '09 Saab 9-3 from them and they have, by far, the best selection of brand-new OEM parts anywhere in the US. Even when I had to get a part drop-shipped from Sweden, I received it faster than expected. I haven't had to personally deal with customer support, but from what I've heard that's fantastic as well. If you still own a Saab, buy your parts from these guys.

Lousy customer service
Fairly good section of Saab parts but customer service is really poor. I’ve ordered from them on and off for a number of years. They, “Matt” never answer their, (his?) customer service number and have responded to my emails maybe half the time. Also parts can be a little tricky to find on his not so user friendly site. Two similar but different crucial parts came up when I searched recently using the site for I job I had planned. Matt confirmed over email which part would fit my car and I then placed the order. When I go to do the job the part DOES NOT FIT.)), which really left me in a bind! I emailed him about it several times but no response.

Awesome Staff, Quick Customer Service
These guys are great, shipping is a little long at time, but as long as you have the right P/N you get oem parts for fantastic prices which makes up for it 100% Matt helped me add pieces to an order that had not shipped yet, and waived the shipping fee. Would recommend these guys for any OEM Saab parts you may need.
