Vinny was amazing. He knew exactly what to do to repair our dryer. He was very professional, on time (which is hard to find) for the appointment and the fee was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and definitely will use them again if needed.

Vinny came to our home for a very fair fee to diagnose our washer/dryer. Gave us a quote whilst he was here and the next day bright all the parts for repair. He was very thorough and tidy. He arrived at the time he said he would. Both appliance are working and repair was much cheaper than replacement. He gave good tips on how to care for our appliances. We’d definitely recommend him to anyone and would use him again.

1. Communication regarding appointments was poor. One day I got a call saying he would be at my home in 20 minutes, but no appointment had been scheduled. Luckily someone was home so the repair could be made.2. When the repairman came out the first time he just assumed the belt that turns the dryer was broken. He ordered a new one and we waited about 2 weeks for him to come replace it (no appointment scheduled for this). When he took the dryer apart he discovered that the belt wasn't broken, it was just off. If it wasn't stretched or damaged it could have been repaired two weeks earlier and save us a lot of inconvenience!
