The Gorgeous Products & The BEST Customer Service
I cannot recommend Equiluxe Tack enough! Not only is their selection gorgeous, but their customer service is above and beyond. My order included a set of boots that were sold out but not yet updated on the website. The Equiliuxe team contacted me right away, and gave me several options to choose from to make it right. I decided to wait until the boots were back in stock and have them shipped, and the team kept me in the loop with expected arrival dates the entire time. Everyone I spoke with was kind, compassionate, and made me feel personally cared for. I'll be shopping with Equiluxe again!

Amigo Turnout Blanket
I ordered an amigo medium turnout from Equiluxe recently not knowing they are a local (KY) company. Their shipping was quick and it was a great deal on the item plus supporting small, local businesses is always better! I will definitely buy from them again in the future!

Everything was great but the package didn't arrive when it had to
Everything was great, the customer service and the products. The only inconvenience I had was that when I made the order, I choose the delivery option that said 3-4 working days, and I needed it to arrive within that time. I made the order a Saturday, which means the package should have arrived at the latest on Thursday. I was in communication with customer service this whole time because the products were urgent, and they were great but the package ended up arriving 2 days after they told me.

Best Customer Service
This was my first time ordering from this store and I am blown away by Kathryn's customer service. My order experience came with some bumps in the road (some that were the fault of my own), but Kathryn went above and beyond to smooth everything out. I am beyond grateful and impressed with this store and will be ordering again!

It was my error on the size.Kathryn reached out immediately and helped me return the package I initially received and is sending the correct size.She went above and beyond what most companies would do to fix my error and at no cost to me.Definitely a company I will continue to do business with. 😌
