I was referred to Jason through my beautiful girlfriend Julie, who is amazing, and I quickly found out that Jason is a superior lender. I had two other lender's before I met Jason and I was hesitant at first to fit a third one in my home buying process. After the first night with speaking to Jason, I was ready to ghost the other two. Jason was super helpful and is very knowledgeable. I always felt like a priority, and I never felt any pressure to do something that I wasn't comfortable with. I was always surprised at how quick Jason worked. There were many late work nights that Jason had to insure I was able to get my home purchased as quickly as possible. Hands down one of the best decision I made in starting my journey as a first time homeowner. Jason was instrumental in my refinance from start to finish. My employment was compromised by the covid pandemic, but with Jason’s guidance, we were able to get my refinance completed. It took several attempts, but Jason came through as promised. He has saved me over $1,000 on my monthly mortgage which has really helped me. He was honest and transparent throughout the process. At times, it felt like we weren’t going to get approved, but he kept at it and made it happen. I 100% recommend Jason for anyone looking for a mortgage broker.

This was my first time working with Jason at Equify Lending and he was amazing! He was very responsive, communicated quickly, and on top of his work. He has one of the best work ethics. He was able to get a loan for me quickly and I was able to close on my house in 3 weeks. I live in a different state and he made the loan process extremely simple and easy. Jason was so on top of customer service and communication via the preferred method I wanted to be informed/updated. From the very beginning Jason kept me informed on every step of the process and what to expect and made sure if he said a date Jason stuck to that date. I have done a VA ReFi before and lately taking advantage of these lower rates as my past experiences where nothing like Jason's commitment and date driven process steps.
