Purchased an engraved champagne bottle for a friend for her engagement! It was a huge hit and such a special gift! I chose to expedite my order and it came so quickly! The proof came within hours and the bottle itself was delivered within days. So happy with how everything came out and customer service was great!

The company response time was great
The company response time was great. They sent an email within minutes of receiving the order, I approved the design, and the order was on its way. The finished product was great as well. I was giving the gift to my business partner and it made the statement I wanted. Will be using this company again.

I ordered an engraved bottle for an employee who just celebrated 25 years with our Company. I worked with the design team who was most helpful, fast and efficient. It turned out lovely and is a very unique gift. I would highly recommend them.

Great engraving / not so great bottle
the engraving was great and looked exactly like what I requested, similar to 2 years ago.Only issue was with bottle itself which had some marks/scratches that is clearly visible to naked eyes which was embarrassing when the gift was presented; and receiver pointing them out (twice!)

Perfect! I am in awe of how well my purchase turned out! I paid for the email proof which was well worth it. They emailed me throughout the whole process and even made suggestions that improved the look of my request. Not an up-sale! The recommendations didn’t cost anything more. The final product was beyond my expectations. Worth every penny for exactly what I wanted. It was packaged so carefully for shipping from N.J to Texas. Highly recommend!

Quick order turn around
Although you have to pay extra for a preview of your item engrave, my wine, got back to us in less than 24 hours with the preview. It also was expeditiously shipped and arrived in less than a week from when the order was placed.
