Enfield Sports sent me the wrong item, told me to send it back and they would refund me as well as the return postage.They received the item nearly a month ago and are now are avoiding and ignoring me.THEY ARE CROOKS !!!!!!!!DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CRIMINALS !!!!!!!!
Ordered wall mounted gun lock. Never received. And they now ghost me. Essentially they have stolen £33.94 from me.
Well extremley poor knowledge at Enfield Sports will not visit again and cant believe they are selling firearms without knowing basics?? Staff were rude unhelpful and found pricing to be over priced. Guys at gunclub said the same. Need new staff with experience. Pricing needs looking at and also what guns they stock. All cheap Chinese Turkish guns!!
I seaked Enfield sports support on a PCP rifle they distribute: they have not answered neither by email nor by phone.
Been in twice after obtaining my shotgun certificate. Have also ordered some stuff on their Ebay acc. I saw the negative reviews and I am aware they have had a change of staff on the shotgun side of things. The younger than me shall we say lad who served me on both occasions was more than helpful. Taking time to address all my question, was helpful with informing me on the paperwork side of things. On my second visit I purchased a new and a used gun for my son to. Shoot. He gave me a discount and even gave me a used but in good condition rifle bag to take it home in. Couldnt fault him or his knowledge on guns, cartridges or the laws around them. Prices for shotguns certainly seem to be around average.
Very reluctant to help in any way at all, had to pump him for any formation, seemed to be bored of it all, gave up in the end and left. Don't waste your time. Very expensive, limited range too.
numerous emails sent over a two week period to query their ebay shop item claiming to offer free p&p but when at checkout having to pay extra p&p, absolutely no response, therefore i am calling them as deceptive and fraudulent.Update: after still not receiving any feedback from my many questions on ebay, or here, it seems they have reworded their advert, all they had to do was answer my simple question about p&p !
amazing spring gun tuning here from john.He tuned my walther lgu .177 and after 2 years of searching ive got what wanted. I can now achieve 1" groups at 45yrds all day! Best £100i ever spent.Thank you John
Very good shop for rifles, good products, and very good prices. And you can get very good advice from the salesmen.
A very satisfied customer. I used the click and collect service because of the Coronavirus crisis. It was easy and Enfield Sports fulfilled the order perfectly. I will be visiting the shop when it opens properly again, and would recommend it to everyone. Plenty of parking, and easy to get to.
Despite there being issues with my first delivery and a product breaking on arrival, they have done everything they can to resolve the issue, and have always be courteous and polite despite me being in touch constantly about it (I admit, I am "that customer").As a result of how they handled my issues first time around this lead to a second purchase. I will be using them as my primary supplier for outdoor sports good going forward. Brilliant service and highly recommended.
