Worst airlines
Honestly the worst airlines I have beed to. In a 6 hour flight they fed us once and the food is disgusting, there are not snacks or at least some pieces of cucumber and tomato like they did years ago. I starved the whole flight because I simply can't eat this horrible excuse of food. Drinks are either water or tea that tastes like cardboard

Awful website usability leading you to make mistakes when purchasing a flight and then they charge you for correcting these mistakes. Support is slow and does not help at all.

Warning, They just do not help!
The website did not work to buy additional luggage. (the web link is not working) I am contacting the customer support in advance and ask if they can help me. No you need to buy at the airport is the answer (at a higher fee of course). I am asking if I am can use my points to upgrade to solve the problem - The answer is again you need to do it on airport. The transferdesk in Minsk is usually so crowded that you have to wait up to one hour to pass for your conntecting flight. They just do not know customer service as other airlines.

No refund or any feedback from Belavia
I can’t get my refund from Belavia or any updates at all. I requested refund on 02.08.2020 and have no feedback. I called in September and was told that it could be up to 55 days (back then my request was in place for a little bit less). Now it is more than 3 months. Lots of trouble with cancellation
I tried to cancel my ticket, after lots of email chitchat decided to call them. The lady on the line tried to be helpful but her English skills lacked the requirements to even comprehend what I was saying.All ended well.

Refunded my flight quickly
I booked a flight with Belavia, but sadly it was cancelled. I got a full refund after 6 weeks with minimum fuss. By far the easiest airline to deal with during the coronavirus crisis, and I would fly with them again under normal circumstances.

Silence is not golden!
My round trip using 3 different airlines, booked through Belavia, was cancelled due to Coronavirus. Belavia advised me to apply for a fare refund. I did so on 14th April and they acknowledged immediately. Since then, silence. I have sent repeated emails to the London and Minsk offices, and even the CEO. Once or twice, they thanked me for my patience/understanding, but now they just ignore me - and their telephone mailbox is "full." If, as they once said, there is a "queue," surely I must have moved forward in almost 3 months! I would preferably like my money, but at least the courtesy of a response with an idea of WHEN to expect it would be a good beginning.

Cancelled flights no refund
My Vilnius - Minsk flights were canceled due to the Coronavirus outbreak over a month ago and my requests for a refund have been completely ignored.I hope this is not their attitude towards safety.
