Emerson carpet was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right carpet. Sams knew the carpet business and was extremely helpful. Didn’t need to go elsewhere as I found exactly what Ivwanted there and the information on cleaning and care and financing was right there. Would highly recommend them and their installers.
Our job was small but you wouldn't know it given how nice everyone was -- from the contractor to the guys who put the carpeting in. Fast but thorough, totally professional and good looking to boot! Thanks.
This company has little to no communication with the customer from the time you put a down payment until the day before they plan to show up at your house. Knowing that my slab was going to need to dry out, I tried to schedule them to take out the existing flooring ahead of time, but my calls were not returned. When the job finally got scheduled, a crew member got sick and job had to be rescheduled, causing me to miss days of work that I took off to be available and pushing the job even further back since they couldn't reschedule for that same week. They do not try to coordinate with your schedule, and refuse to preschedule. They are very disorganized until it comes time to pay your final balance and leave them a review, then you get inundated with several emails, even days after I paid the final balance.

Spot on! From the salesman Sal to the installers everything was amazing. Sal was very informative and helpful in our decision. The installers were on time, professional, and courteous. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Very pleased with the whole experience. I have already recommended them to friends and co-workers.
My experience with Emerson installing vinyl plank floors throughout my home has been wonderful. The installers communicated with me and worked fast, they did an amazing job. One board in my office looked a little wonky and they were there the next day (they were working in the area already) and switched it out without a problem. Everyone that has seen my floors love them and want them for themselves. I love my floors!
I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Prior to going to Emerson Carpet One, I had gone to the big box stores where no one greeted me nor asked if I needed any assistance. I left there aggravated and started to drive home to do additional search on the internet. I saw the Emerson sign and turned around. So glad that I did! Great service, worked with me and my budget and the product was installed properly, with little down time. All my concerns were addressed. Mr. Dimitri was courteous,prompt and professional. I highly recommend.

We got both wood and carpet floors, we really like them.Had a hard time deciding what we wanted, really appreciate everyone helping and being patient, as it was a busy time since so many folks flooded. The guys installing was very kind and helpful and they tried very hard to clean up behind themselves. Great crew
The whole experience was really nice, except that the amount of carpet was a little short. It has been joined different way in the closet, and it's really not a big deal, still, it was not expected. All the people who handled our job both in the store and in our house, were very prompt and professional. And their price was really reasonable. Thank you.

I would definitely recommend Emerson Carpet One. They were all so nice in the showroom and took the time to explain the differences between the flooring brands. Mr. Sal was so helpful and friendly. The install went well and was done within the time they had allotted. It was a great experience and I would purchase from them again!
Experience from the showroom to the in-home measurement to installation was overall positive. Very attentive, friendly service. Very pleased with the carpet and installation job. The only negative issue was that the amount of time required to complete the installation was significantly more than estimated. I would definitely recommend Emerson, and would use them again.
Emerson has always met our flooring needs for several rental, business & personal flooring needs. Sal is a wonderful sales person & the scheduling crew has always been on time.
A seamless and quality experience. From the sales room to the home estimate to final install. Seamless! Had shopped a big box “sale”. They overestimated by 30%, put seams in my room, offered an inferior product, and their final estimate was almost 50% more. Mr. Sal and Emerson were honest and trustworthy. Thank you so much.

carpet installation- arrived several hours after scheduled appointment, finished installing around 10:00 PM.Vinyl floor installation-flooring was left very dirty.Two attempts at cleaning was inadequate and recommendation for routine care conflicted with factory recommendations.As I felt the need to improve the floor surface it was fortunate I received the proper instructions in vinyl floor care from a factory rep.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY. NO CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. SELDOM WILL EVER RETURN YOUR CALL. PRICES ARE GOOD, BUT IF YOU EVER NEED SERVICE, GOOD LUCK. I BOUGHT FROM THEM AFTER READING THEIR REVIEWS THAT SAID THIS. i AM NOW PREPARING TO SUE THEM TO GET THEM TO FIX MY CARPET INSTALLATION. EVEN IF IT COSTS YOU MORE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. LOTS OF OTHER OPTIONS.
