Luis is my trainer and he is awesome
Alian is my trainer and he is awesome. I found out about Elite during a pop-up at my apartment. I told him that I would like to integrate boxing into my training and he even brought boxing gloves to my consultation so I could get a feel of it. During my initial evaluation, Luis went over my body composition and what I need to reach my goals. We’ve had several sessions together so far and he truly listen to your needs but also find ways to push you both physically and mentally. He always brings such a positive attitude and energy which makes the training much more enjoyable. I highly recommend Elite and Luis if you are on the lookout for a personal training program.

20 stone plus person very self…
20 stone plus person very self conscious. Pt trainer 2nd to none . Made to feel very at ease in the environment 6 weeks in confidence has built a lot . Starting going on my own .Cannot fault this gym and personal trainer ‘will’. Having taken our conversations on board will adjust our routine on the spot to help alleviate strains from precious self planned work outs . 100%positive review
