The site is not a scam

The site is not a scam, of course with Chinese companies it can happen that it does not arrive, but for me it arrived, it probably works, the side arrived in 14days, but I could skedit the order on 17track.net, it works, I can not fault anything else.

They are scammers

They are scammers. Asked me to return a defective phone without tracking, as they DO NOT ACCEPT FEDEX DHL ETC. Put a stop payment on your credit card and run. This is not the official Elephone store.

Bought an Elephone P8 in February 2018

Bought an Elephone P8 in February 2018. After 3 months I had problems with charging the phone. Sometimes it needs 12 hours and more to load the battery from 40 to 90%. In addition, the USB port had a loose contact. First I contacted Elephone for a replacement. No chance, they told me I have to contact my seller. Very Customer unfriendly answer.As second I tried to reach the elephonestore. The contact us Homepage does not work and the mailadress which you can found on the elephonestore "About us page" is also not working.Until today I was a happy Elephone user but from now I will consider other manufacturers. Bad service from both companies.

U pro from Elephone store.com no support for defective display

I bought a U pro from them and after two months the phone developed green and red stripes on the left side of the screen that come and go but get worse if you carry it in your front pocket. I contacted them and asked for replacement or money back and they said Thier engineer would check it for me and send me a new one. I asked how they would check it as long still had had the phone. He replied I should give him the tracking number.I told him I didn't have one as I had no return shipping address and if he wanted the phone he should give me a return shipping address and I would send it back to him. I have since sent seven or eight emails with no response. I opened a dispute with them over PayPal because it took 45 days for the phone to get here after the original order and then closed it after the phone arrived. I called PayPal to complain about the phone not being as promised and they said it was no longer their problem as I received the phone in working order and this was a warranty problem. So I will NEVER buy anything again from them.They make people think they are buying directly from Elephone and will get good service, this is only a Trick to deceive the public. The Chinese have different philosophy about business practices, they will steal you blind as it is a game for them, but when enough people catch on to what they are doing they will go out of business because no one will buy from them any more.

Order a Elephone A4 on Sunday 17 June…

Order a Elephone A4 on Sunday 17 June 18. I chose DHL express delivery. Get email from store with tracking number on Tuesday. Tracking number shows that they request courier for collection. Item was collected on Wednesday and i get sms from DHL that item it's on way to me. Friday morning i get sms from DHL that item is redy for collection but i will need pay first a tax in amount aprox 46 euro. I open package before i pay to be sure that phone is inside. Everything was OK. I can recommend elephonestore to everyone. It's take 5 working days. Brilliant service.

I ordered a red Elephone S8

I ordered a red Elephone S8 on the 20/05/18 and it arrived in the UK on the 06/06/18. This is what i expected.I initially had trouble with my, order because i wasn't given any order confirmation or tracking information. I paid through paypal so was able to contact the seller through the email provided there. However it was difficult to contact the store through the numbers and emails provided on the website.Once i had the tracking information. i was able to track the parcel without issue. Provided by Jenny thankyouThe item arrived reasonably packed and in perfect working order. I have a happy daughter.

Don't use elephonestore.com

Don't use elephonestore.com, they are liars!!! I lost 141$ as I ordered an Elephone A4. They don't reply to emails, and they're phone number is out of range! I made a mistake and closed the paypal dispute after they promised me to send the phone asap (after I close the dispute). I ordered the phone in April 18, and it is still not sent (more then a month). I lost the money as it is not possible to re-open the paypal dispute. Warning!!!- Do not send money to elephonestore.com!!!I am not the only one with such a problem, just search the social media or google for "elephone store" and you will find many reviews about that company.I lost my time and money!And if you ordered any item from this store- open a dispute and don't close it, even if they will promise you a quick shipping

Excellent experience!!

No problems whatsoever with ordering. Shipped out quickly, as soon as they received the device (couple days) Received the tracking number for DHL and everything has been smooth. Even contacted them 2 times with quick response. From my personal experience I Do Recommend this site for purchase. I've watched my orders from gearbest sit there waiting for 9 days. This went straight out of Hong Kong and is on the way to USA. Fantastic!

Worst experience

Worst experience! I have order an P9000E. The info on the website in some places says 32GB and other 64GB. It also show pictures of fast charging. So I sent an email to customer service before my purchase. She have confirmed with me that it was 64GB. Then when I have received it, it was a 32GB no fast charging. Which means I have paid for a product that was badly marketed and I consider this as a fraud. I have exchange email back and forth for a month now asking them for a full reimbursement because it is not was I paid for. I was willing to send back the phone. They kept dodging the question. I dealt with 3 differents people all the time. And have to tell my story back and forth. Will never buy from Elephonestore.com ever again. Nothing being resolve, bad customer service. Avoid at all cost.

Horrible Company

Horrible Company, bought a Elephone S7 5 months back, Screen stopped working, send it back, it took them 2 month to send it to the factory for repair and now they are asking for repair cost, even though the phone is still under warranty. Please do not bother buying from this shop and this Elephone mobile as well

Horrible, compré un P9000, el 3 de marzo de 2016, me llego tres meses después, duró una semana, después de mil correos me dieron una dirección de china para mandarlo y que lo arreglasen, 18€ me costó mandarlo, me lo devolvieron 2 meses después, más roto y me robaron el cable para cargar, desde entonces estoy sin telefono, sin dinero y sin soluciones, todos los dias les mando varios correos recordandoles su obligacion de darme una solución, nada de nada, por favor, NO SE LES OCURRA COMPRAR NADA A ELEPHONE STORE, NO SON ELEPHONE OFICIAL y no se hacen cargo de las garantias.Horrible, I bought a P9000, on March 3, 2016, it came three months later, it lasted a week, after a thousand emails gave me an address of china to send it and that they managed it, 18 € I had to send it, they gave it back to me 2 Months later, more broken and I stole the cable to charge, since then I have no phone, no money and no solutions, every day I send several emails reminding them of their obligation to give me a solution, nothing at all, please DO NOT READ YOU HAVE TO BUY ANYTHING TO ELEPHONE STORE, ARE NOT THE OFFICIAL ELEPHONE and do not take care of the guarantees.

Dodgy cheating Chinese Elephone company

I sent my P8000 and the TPG sim card back to Elephonestore in July 2016 because the phone can detect the Optus sim card but unable to detect the TPG sim card even though the TPG sim card works on other phones which i have tested but they claimed my sim card is faulty. I told them to try my TPG sim card on other phones but they did not respond to my questions. After sending them a number of request for replacement without any response to my emails they completely ignored me since October 2016. Their online24/7 support phone number +86-17097235295 is only for show as nobody ever pick up to answer the calls. I have tried to call many many times to call this number and not once getting an answer. If they are not going to fix up their dodgy customer service business I am sure the company will collapse and eventually become a hugh "White Elephant"

Scam, stay away as far as possible

Bought the ELEphone P9000 and the accessory pack, only received the phone (thank god). Also i payed for fast delivery... wasted 25$ + taxes. After 2 tickets asking where the accessory pack is, the ignored me. I filed a paypal dispute, but i'm not verry confident about receiving the amount payed for the pack. I bought a second Phone with the accessory pack for my daughter at AliExpress, and all went very well, thank you AliExpress.

Scammers

They sent me an empty box instead of P9000. I opened a Paypal dispute and then Maggie promised to sort it out if I closed the dispute, which I did (I am an idiot). Now they are ignoring me.They are not Elephone, just some scammers that are destroying the brand reputation and killing sales for the real Elephone company.Do NOT trust these people. You will regret it.

AVOID!

The first time I knew this phone is from my friend.Seeing all the specs and how cheap it is, I was interested. So I bought Elephone P8000 last year.It went perfectly OK, until suddenly the screen just went white. It didn't respond to anything. It was 10 months after the purchase, which means the warranty is still available because this SCAM company promised us a 1 year warranty.So I contacted them through email and got respond from what so called customer service named Maggie and Ginger.I told them what happened. They told me to send the phone back.But I couldn't because the local post office wont let me since the phone has un-removable battery and the post office won't risk an air fright over a phone.Again, I told them what happened. They told me to get other postal service but after I checked, the shipping cost is almost 80% of the phone's price. I don't wanna pay that much. So again, I told them what happened and ask them to reimburse me the shipping cost. It doesn't have to be 100%. I told them if they can go 50 50 , it'd be great. But of course they said no. They didn't give me any solution at all.Even after I told them maybe I could get someone in my city to fix it, but since I still have the warranty, they should be the one to pay for it, but they still said no! I have offered them all possible solutions, but they rejected it! They didn't offer me any solution at all.I keep sending them email asking what do I do with the phone? And that I still have my warranty, but the didn't respond to me anymore.F**cking SCAM!!! Please please AVOID THIS COMPANY!They're just a utter b*llshit! Only causing you problem.What a waste of money and more importantly, A WASTE OF TIME!I wish you good luck with your business.I will keep reminding my friends and family about how UNPROFESSIONAL Elephone company is.And Elephone, don't worry. Sooner or later you don't have to bother replying email from your customers because THERE WON'T BE ANY!!!SCAM!!!!!

ABYSMAL SERVICE & POOR QUALITY PHONE

Stay away from Elephone. Had a problem with my P8000 and got a complete run around from the so called Customer Service person named Maggie. Six months later the phone is not fixed despite paying for an extended guarantee and they have stopped replying to my emails. Complete and utter disgrace. Avoid these charlatans at all cost.

SCAM, stay away.

I've paid a new P9000 P10 and accessories in 3 of April of 2016.In 11 of May I've received a delivery for which I had to pay Tax of the total of the purchase.Inside was only the accessories!!I check the status in their site and found that they "had send" two packages and that the first that had the phone was delivered in the end of April in Thailand, and the accessories in Portugal (I'm Portuguese).I've send an email to request a correction and that the package were wrongly delivered in other country for which they answered and I quote:"We sent you two packages: RF386966635SG and RF386525641SG.The another package has arrived, please contact your local post and take your package asap.Have a nice day.Best RegardsMaggie" I’ve contacted the national post and of course they said the didn’t received another package.Send another email to them and they answered again:“We sent you two packages: RF386966635SG and RF386525641SG.The another package has arrived, please contact your local post and take your package asap.Have a nice day.Best RegardsMaggie”Have a nice day? Really? I’m getting manipulated by this Maggie.I’ve answered back saying that that wasn’t true and send their own prints of their site.Maggie answers:“Yes, the shipping country is Portugal. Of course..New email and Maggie sends back a print from I don’t know where that says that the package was delivered to the country. And on the side, Country: Portugal with the same date that on their site was saying Thailand 26 of April 2016.I’m now contacting authorities but is hard to turn this site down.Is a difficult process.So I will put this feedback in all sites and tell my story so you may learn with my mistake and be safe and also they stop getting money from fraud of course! BETTER STAY AWAY from Elephone company - ZERO RESPOND

In the beginning of February I bought Elephone M3 in E-Fox shop paid via Paypal including DHL Express 3-5 day shipping. Estimated delivery date has been postponed several times. E-fox didn't keep their customers updated about the progress of orders. Their communication was very poor. Weeks were passing by and I got really worried if I would ever get my phone since I couldn't believe their occasional information about »delivery in next week« anymore. I was starting to search answers directly within Elephone company and haven't got an answer from none of more than 15 e-mail address I could find, neither on their facebook site and their forums where I had posted numerous posts in several topics to be seen and replied but with no success. I could only read that they have problems with OS 6.0 which was not stable. Obviously they were aware of their software failure already then. That's where all their lies about delivery time came out. Please check how Elephone company does their business and their respond to customer's issues on their forum bbs.elephone.hk. Zero respond – zero aftersale service. The same with E-Fox. In the end of May I've finally got my phone after 105 days of waiting - in and paid another €60,40 import costs. I was expecting to get the phone in such phase of development I can only insert my SIM card and start to use it. I was wrong. When I insert my SIM card the display starts to flash continuously and no other move can be done. I thought about damaged SIM card or locked device so I had got a new SIM first, then borrowed a few more SIM cards from my friends at other network operators but still failed to run the device. The device doesn't work with SIM card from any operator in my country (Slovenia-West Europe).Search for my youtube video: Elephone M3 - Flashing Screen and see how device »works«.I've contacted E-Fox and Elephone about my problem for a first time two days after delivery via E-mail and two more times every 2 days and posted again in E-fox site, Elephone's Facebook site and Elephone forums.The only respond I've got was PM from their moderator saying if I violate regulations will once again be silenced or banned« because of my multiple-posting. This is all aftersale »support« I've got. Nothing from E-Fox so far – from the seller who took my money for a device which doesn't work.Search for "SIM CARD NOT ACCEPTED" topic on bbs.elephone.hk forum and see I'm not the only one in disguise. People have started to receive their M3 phones and have the same problem… well… plenty of them I haven't had a chance to experience yet.I'm so very disappointed about E-Fox and Elephone's unreliability and attitude within their customers. Their ignorance is unacceptable. I've already informed Paypal about the case.Stuborn as I am I found out a temporary solution which is definitely not the right and final solution which may help you! But I still think it's ELEPHONE's FAILURE WHICH MUST BE RESOLVED! 1. use your old phone or any other phone2. DISABLE PIN CODE which you usually use to sequre your phone / comes within every new SIM card!3. insert SIM card into Elephone M3 - SIM code must not be requested nowIT SHOULD WORK! At least it works with me! GOOD LUCK!My first findings I've experienced:- battery drain... huuuge... 15% over the night (more exactly 6 hours) in standby mode (wi-fi/data/blotooth/apps off) I don't believe it can stand a day of normal usage- change of lock wallpapers with custom photo won't change lockscreen but background wallpaper- 4G loss/ wifi weakness even at home- silence annoying sound of camera trigger... hmmm... where can I do that?- and what's bothering me the most - very bad qualitiy of photos taken in auto mode - especially photos in low brightness are extremely grainy - none is worth of 21MP although Droid Info, Antutu and Hardware Info show good specsI would be grateful if someone can post all camera settings in good use. Unprofessional and deceitful

I tried to purchase a mobile phone from ElephoneStore. I pre-ordered the phone several weeks in advance. The advertised shipment date came and went. I received multiple successive promises that the phone would be sent in "2-3 business days". Not a single one of these promises was kept. After waiting for over 3 weeks and being lied to several times I cancelled my order. The phone is listed as "in stock and ready to send" on the company's website. Overall their behaviour is unprofessional and deceitful. STAY AWAY!

They are LIARS!

What ever it says on their site, do not believe it. Their prices might be cheap, but everything else is a lie. They DO NOT! have stock. It WILL NOT! ship within 2-3 days. They WILL NOT! push their warehouse. (There is nothing to push, no stock)
