In my opinion it took too long to resolve this. I ordered 10/22 and today 11/11 I received my order. I received in the beginning a lot of generic emails which didn’t help me solve my problem. Do you have a phone number people can call and talk to a person?
This company is awful. They are based in England so I just found out but call themselves US. Their delivery is upwards of 35 days just shy of 40 day guarantee. The employees say same thing over ans over. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
I ordered Logic Vapes from this company in the amount of $285.00 on October 7, 2025. It is now October 17, 2025, and the tracking app indicates “out for delivery” for 10 days now. The company is based in Boulder, Colorado. I am based in Connecticut. So, this shouldn’t be a complicated delivery. I expressed my concern on their website and their response was I have to wait for up to 40 days before any refund may be offered. This is an unsatisfactory response. I am now in grave doubt the product will ever be received let alone ever receiving a refund.

My husband made a purchase on July 14, 2025. It is now July 31, 2025. He still has not got his order. Multiple messages were left on there website because they don't provide a phone number to talk to someone. NOONE had got back with him. BEWARE!!!!! This company is a scam. We have asked for a refund but Noone has replied back.
Horrible horrible horrible… did I say horrible. Do not order anything from this company and expect to receive it. The shipping company they use GLS (read their reviews) is horrible. They just drive around and post stickers on your door that they attempted delivery if you call them they will tell you a delivery window and then never show up and then say you can pick it up at their warehouse. These two companies ( ET and GLS) are a waste of your time and money. Go to a tobacco/vape store instead.
Horrible shipping... takes forever, no notifications, needs a signature, no attempt delivery note left, customer service is horrible and unhelpful. Ordered over a month ago, never had a delivery attempt note left, my product I never received was returned back to the company and they want to keep $20 for a restocking fee. Customer service states it is in their fine details in a very demeaning manner. Do NOT recommend, unless you are okay with never receiving your product and giving them money.
I placed a order on 4-15-25. Today is 6-3-25. They did try to delivered it on yesterday 6-2-25. Would been nice if they give a heads up since they don't give tracking. Reach out to delivery service but no luck. BBB need to shut down this cracker jack operation . DO NOT ORDER FROM ELECTRIC TOBACCONIST . You been warned.

Even though my order was not processed due to a glitch in the system, customer service was very attentive and took care of the problem. My only complaint is that the order cannot be expedited, which in turn is costing me money, but I did receive a ten-dollar credit.
9Horrible! Placed order March 9th, March 28th lies from customer service over and over again. No refund’s until 40 days after or delivery refusal. Worst company ever!!! Do not order from here.
Love the prices. Hate the shipping. I placed my order on February 24th. It is now March 6 and yes, I can track the order but there is no time of delivery stated. At this point, the order is bouncing all over the state and I have no idea when they may arrive. If they are going to use a sub-standard provider, is there anyway we could have an option of an upgraded service that we can purchase.
I placed an order for approximately ($70.00) with an estimated arrival time of 5-7 business days. I have not only not received my products but I have received no email updates about my products and even when I sign directly into my Electric Tabacconist account, I get zero updates. This experience has been frustrating. When you attempt to seek help for some insight of where your order is, you are prompted into a loop of links that change the estimated delivery time from 5-7 business days to claiming as a customer (I) may have to wait for as long as 40 days before I will be considered for a “lost product.”I placed my order nearly 2 weeks ago and haven’t received a single update via text or email. This is unfortunate given that on Feb/18, a day after I placed my order with you Electric Tobacconist, I had placed an order from a competitor - Element Vape. I received emails of communication to update me on everything to do with my order and received an estimated time from similar to your delivery time frame. However, unlike Electric Tobacconist, my order from Element Vape was received even quicker- only a 3 day wait before my products arrived. They offered a fabulous method of communication and quick delivery! I am very disappointed with my order from this company!I am requesting a full refund and a cancellation of my order. I would appreciate a quick resolution to this as I’m tired of waiting and have grown inpatient with the poor experience I have been provided. I wish I would have read the plethora of negative reviews regarding their delivery service. Also, if you see their ratings via Trust Pilot you’ll see a rating of 3.1 stars which is a far cry from the fake rating that the company has on their business page of 4.8 stars out of 5 stars. I found that interesting!
