Great, low stress experience
We had a cancelled flight that changed our flight from LaGuardia to Newark. They were very helpful in changing our booking and having a car for us when we landed. Our driver Houziafa was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about New York. He got us through traffic expertly and got us all to the hotel. I will definitely be using this service again

Easy reservation, quick confirmation & comfortable and safe ride!
Easy reservation process and quick confirmation process. Communication with the driver was timely and their flight tracking ensured our ride was ready when we arrived an hour earlier than expected. Our driver was very professional and engaging and the multiple hour ride home was safe and comfortable. Highly recommended and good value compared to other ride for hire services.

We used Efficient Taxi for pickup from Newark Airport to Manhatten
We used Efficient Taxi for pickup from Newark Airport to Manhattan on 8-16-2025 and from Pier back to Newark Airport on the 24th. Our flight was delayed, and they made sure our driver was aware. Abid was great. Friendly, courteous, answered questions and was happy he was our driver back to airport. Their communication on the phone worked well for us! I would definitely use them if we travel back to New York in the future!

We really enjoyed our ride with efficient.taxi from Newark Airport to Manhattan. Everything was profesionally organized, the car was very nice (we even got an upgrade) and Mr. Najib is an excellent and very friendly driver. We would choose efficient.taxi again any time.

After a long international flight into Newark, I just wanted a quiet, smooth ride to Brooklyn. I chose the Standard SUV and it was everything I needed and more. The driver greeted me warmly, handled all my luggage, and the car was immaculate. He offered me water and made sure the temperature inside was just right. We hit a bit of traffic heading into the city, but the ride was still super comfortable, and the driver even adjusted the music to something relaxing. That level of care really stood out to me. I travel often, and I’ve tried plenty of transport services—but this one has definitely earned a spot at the top.
