Wonderful experience
Pretty smooth thus far. There was a minor hiccup where I was provided with an expired template to complete a PSLF form and went through the process to get it done, only to have to complete it again on the correct form. EDAPT was nice enough to pre-fill the new form so that worked well.
The representative Shenley was very helpful and patient with helping me to recertify and give me any additional information I needed to help with my loans.
The customer service was exceptional. My inquiries were always responded to in a timely manner.
The professional assistance was impeccable. She was able to create an understanding to me on the process of recertification on student loan through edapt.
They've been updating often. But, I'm understanding everything about my disability forgiveness application.

My questions each and ever time I called was answered I work with Sophia in the final months getting my student loans paid off. She helped walk me through the steps of who I was to call and also helped when I needed to recertification . All the Edept staff I worked with made the magement of my loans a little less stressful. This company made it a little easier with helping talking to The department of Education and my Service Provider Moehla from when I signed up I would tell my friends and family if they were needing help with their student loans to call Edept . The only issue I have to say that this company should work on is when you call in for help on your student loans is the person who you are talking to should say their name at the beginning and again at the end
The help they gave me getting my student loans paid off. I am now debt free.
