I ordered a vape 3 weeks ago and the order is still "processing". No phone number to contact them, so I emailed a handful of times and submitted inquiries via their contact form. But no response. This is a total scam. Do not buy from them.
Edited 17th October 2025: I have now received the product, which was posted a week ago (one month after placing the order). No communication from the company. ---Never received the order. Tracking info says 'returned to shipper'. No replies to emails and contact form through the website.
Never received the product. Sent 3 emails with no response. Tracking # states product returned to company. No return of money to my CC. Be sure to let others in the community know this is not a legit place for supplies. DO NOT PURCHASE from here.
They do have a web Page with products, they do sell them, the do accept payments, they do say your purchase has been received... they even give you a window to track the item that will never move beyond "Your order is currently processing" then NOTHINGyou can write endless times to customer support and they will never answer.I feel robbed. AgjjjhhhI'm upset and angryI hope they vaporize in consequencesI wish I could swear!I needed this vape to administer a special vaporized medicine. Not for funBastards!
Never received anything total scam
I ordered an eclipse vape and never received it. Tracking showed it had been returned. I sent at least 10 emails to these people and no reply. I received no refunds. Total scam!!
We ordered one Eclipse Vape but never get it.Having reached the support multiple times, we just got one answer telling us it had been delivered. They shipped it to a completely different address than the one we provided. We guess we will never get it or we will never be refunded.
