I purchased an e-bike and it’s just out…
I purchased an e-bike last year annd for some reason it has stop supplying the power to the motor. I have contacted the company that I bought it from and they are not interested in helping me sort it because it’s just out of warranty or Even won’t reply to my emails.So please do not purchase an e bike from this company . As they just rip you off .So disappointing thought this was a good company .

Got a bike from them didn't work sent…
Got a bike from them didn't work sent it back asked what was wrong did not reply to my emails sent a bike back it's second hand bike only last 8 miles then cuts out they haven't replied to my emails so I can't use the ebike it's not new and I paid for a new one avoid this company if ur want an ebike go somewhere better customer service bi's shocking the woman was rude they ignore bu constantly don't buy

Second bike I have purchaced from this company and must say they do a good job.This bike is my wife's to go round town and into the countryside. Easy to ride and so far not a problem.We are both pensioner's and no longer drive but had we known how easy life is with ebike would have sold the car years ago.

ebike.co.uk took my order on 31st March…
ebike.co.uk took my order on 31st March and since then have consistently refused to send me the bike I paid 420 pounds for and also refund my money.I have spoken to various members of the company and each one lies and fobs, I have even tried to get in touch with the CEO and his wife/girlfriend and still nothing.I strongly recommend you avoid this company and everything it does. lists as QATC Ltd
