After my daughter and her husband were scammed by someone who seemed nice and said he was a broker (they were 5 days past the time the car carrier was supposed to show up) and were 2 days away from getting on a plane with 3 yr old and 18 month old moving from Wa to Tn, and not knowing what to do with their car, we called Abby Cartumini at Easy Auto Ship. She explained how shipping a car is supposed to work and thanks to Abby, they had their car picked up THAT night and it was delivered without a problem. We can’t thank her enough!!!

If I could give NO stars, I would. I contracted to ship my car from WA to CA with Easy Auto Ship. The carrier, Arnie's Transport LLC, delivered my car damaged after the subcontractor/driver backed the carrier into another vehicle. Upon delivery, I was promised "we'll take care of everything. This is why we have insurance." My car has over $10K in damage and I was not offered a rental (after being told I would be) because insurance "didn't cover it because the car was considered cargo." There is no compensation for the loss of value to my 2021 car, either. Two weeks to fix, no rental compensation, and I'm livid. "Fully insured" my ass... Don't trust these people.

Do not trust Easy Auto Ship…
Easy Auto Ship is the car shipping company that brokered and scheduled our vehicle to be transported by 571 Sav Inc. The driver was unable to drive the truck to our location to pick up the car. Instead, the driver came to our residence and drove the car to the truck’s location.After the driver picked up our car, he was cited for parking in a no-parking zone and for a missing license plate. These violations were committed by the driver, Kalandaroy Asliddin, and he should therefore be responsible for paying the associated fines.We received the violation notice by mail, and the total cost of the violations is $130. We reached out to Easy Auto Ship and Hamida Ashrapova at 571 Sav Inc. multiple times to resolve this issue, but neither party responded.Easy Auto Ship and 571 Sav Inc should be responsible and accountable for their driver’s violations. Rather than ignoring the issue, both companies should respond and assist their customers in resolving this matter.We are extremely disappointed and would not recommend Easy Auto Ship or 571 Sav Inc to others. They have proven to be untrustworthy, unreliable, and unprofessional. You should not entrust your vehicle—or anything of value—to these companies.

After dealing with several transporting companies giving low prices to transport my vehicle, and the companies not being able to provide a transport, or the price at the last-minute tripled, I found Easy Auto Ship. Easy Auto Ship lived up to their name. My agent Lindsay made it easy, explained the process and was very confident that she could secure a driver on the short timeline that I gave her. Lindsay proved to be amazing, she exceeded my expectations. Lindsay was able to secure a driver and always updated me on the progress. She projected confidence, professionalism, and was always communicating with me during this ordeal. Even when we hit a slight bump, she adjusted and gave me confidence that she could provide transport within a reasonable timeline. Still no car after 6 months
Still no car after 6 months. I hired Easy Auto Ship in November 2024 for what was promised as a $4,000 end-to-end international car shipment. Six months later, I still don’t have my car.Instead of a smooth delivery, I was hit with surprise fees nearly doubling the original price, bounced between subcontractors I never hired, and even faced a reversed refund after it was confirmed and processed.Their team deflected responsibility, told me to deal with subcontractors directly, and became hostile when I pushed for answers. As of today, I’m still in limbo and unsure how to retrieve my vehicle.I’ve documented the full experience, including screenshots, and everything in Medium. I had the worst experience with three car transporting services over the last 18 days. Navi Montway and another one I can't even remember. I called easy auto ship and they picked up my car the same day! Excellent service Abby was amazing and got my order out and filled within hours! Thanks Abby.

These people are SCAMMERS! Please beware. I was told they would ship my vehicle for $700 total! Once the driver came to pick up my vehicle, he stated that he was told that he would be paid $800. At this point I paid the company $200 deposit already via Zelle! They told me that I need to pay then another $500 and they would pay the driver when the vehicle got here! I refused because I didn’t trust them! The text I received from and individual claiming to be Peggy Johnson with a thick heavy Indian accent read “you have been scammmed for $200 fxck axx BXTCH.” I have reported the for fraud to the police and my bank!

The process was easy
The process was easy, the cost seemed reasonable. The transportation was good, no issues with the car. It arrived in good condition, a little dirty, but in good shape. Communication with the dispatcher in Seattle was not the best, many inquiries from my side remained unanswered. However, communication with the Drivers for pickup and delivery was good. Additionally, I was told that the same truck would transport my car all the way to the destination. But, it was transferred to a different truck, which could be reasonable, but not what I was told. The notification that the doors of my car were opened a few times made me nervous since I did not expect it to happen. In the end, everything went fine.

This is the best auto mover I have worked with. I highly recommend Easy Auto Ship. They are super responsive.I have used multiple shippers to move cars around the country. Easy Auto Ship has door-to-door service. The drivers show up where your car is located and drop it off at a destination you specify. Just make sure you have your Zelle app enabled on your mobile phone and or Venmo and agree with the driver when they pick the car up about how you’ll pay the driver. Every driver I’ve dealt with from other company’s asks for more money. Some of the reviewers are complaining about being asked for more money. This is the nature of the business. I always assume I have to give the driver some cash ($50-100) when they show up. And when I am shipping an expensive car or any car for that matter, I want know that the driver has my interest in mind and I will give them that extra cash.

Highly recommend this company! Abby was so nice and took her time to explain and answer all my questions. I called a handful of companies and they either quoted me high or didn’t get back to me. These guys kept us posted on all updates. Our car was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Would definitely use them again!

Easy Auto shipping isn't as easy as promised or provided
I'm sharing my recent experience with Easy Auto Ship to highlight areas for improvement. After waiting for 8 business days without updates on a driver assignment, my frustration grew as I had to cancel my flight, incurring financial loss. Despite assurances of a driver being assigned, the lack of communication left me in the dark. Multiple calls to inquire yielded little help, and the response from customer service did not alleviate my concerns.Transparency and reliability are crucial in service industries. I understand high volumes can impact timelines, but clear communication could have managed expectations better. The lack of a guaranteed timeline for driver assignment wasn't initially communicated, leading to misunderstandings.

Subie transport from central OR to interior AK
This was my first time shipping a car, let alone shipping a new car purchased at an out-of-state dealership. I chose Easy Auto Ship to help get my new subie from central OR to interior AK. While I realized I could have booked transportation to/within AK directly with Alaska Auto Transport, Easy Auto Ship was helpful in arranging travel from the OR dealership to the WA port. However, I wish they would have asked whether I wanted the cheapest driver possible, or the most reliable. I was notified via email a driver was assigned at 6 AKST. Less than 2 hours later, a driver from Millennium Group Inc of Illinois arrived at the dealership to pickup the car. The dealership sales associate was surprised to see him before opening time. He told me the driver was difficult to understand and brusque, apparently annoyed that he had had to wait for the dealership to open. The driver tried get the associate to sign an empty vehicle release form without a VIN number or destination and tried to drive off without the temporary license plate. The associate was also not offered the chance to review an inspection report before the driver left. I never received any updates from EAS or the driver about pickup, progress, or delivery. Fortunately, I had a MySubaru subscription, so I knew the real time location of the vehicle. The tracker indicated the vehicle was dropped off same day at what appeared to be Alaska Auto Transport. They confirme this over the phone and sent the Bill of Lading. I was sad to see numerous scratches and scuffs reported on the vehicle. I don't mind a few blemishes, but you don’t want to hear your new car already has scratches all over it. I reached out to EAS claims and they said to forward the inspection reports. I called Millennium Group Inc using the number listed on the dispatch email and requested the BOL they should have completed. It arrived in my email a few days later and showed no damage. EAS said to wait until the car arrived, inspect the vehicle, take photos of damages, and email the photos to the claims reps. Upon pickup in Fairbanks some weeks later I did as EAS said and found clearcoat scratches on the drivers side of the car. The day after I submitted my claim, EAS offered $100 reimbursement toward a detail if I sent them a receipt. However, the local rates for fixing minor scratches was min $300. I requested a $100 reimbursement towards products and tools to fix the scratches myself. They complied and I saw the $100 refund a few days later. Overall my experience with EAS was not without stress, but my new subie is safe and free of major damage. At the end of the day I was just grateful I didn’t have a broken windshield or something worse.The short:- Easy Auto Ship may find a cheaper driver than other brokers, but the chosen driver/company may violate the protocols that originally gave you peace of mind.- You may not get much notice of who your driver is before pickup. You should have time to request the shipper's insurance and USDOT number. I wasn't able to, but was afraid to turn down the driver in case of cancellation fees.- Your driver and/or the company may not provide ANY updates. Purchase a car tracker.- You must make sure damages are recorded on the Bill of Lading. I was fortunate that two companies handled my car and that the second one conducted a scrupulous inspection. Don’t rush the inspection on pickup and document everything in the BOL, or EAS may not help.- After payment, the EAS rep you worked with with may not reach out ever again. It seemed once I paid their job was done, though payment is given before the car has shipped. I would have been nice if the EAS rep took additional responsibility making sure the car transport companies he chose actually followed through.Anyone else considering an out-of-state car purchase, pickup the car yourself to save some stress and money. If that’s not an option (i.e., you would have to drive 4+ days from OR to interior AK in Feb in an unwinterized vehicle) maybe skip on using Easy Auto Ship, and try working directly with a shipping company.

They do everything to deny your rights and your claim
My claim was denied first because the claim department at easy auto shipping said that the damage was present at the pick up. They were looking to pictures of after the pick up of the car. When I proved these were not the the pick up pictures and showed the real pick up pictures, they changed their speech saying that the damage DO NOT exist on the car in the delivery pictures!!! They just said that they can see the damage clearly before and after the pick up, and now they claim there is no damage anymore and it is unclear, they can't see it. Just to let you know if anything happens to your car you are on your own!!I now notice none of the 5 stars guys explained how his claim was perfectly and promptly handled. These are just lucky people with no issue happening to their car. Just know that if anything happens to you car, you are on your own!!

-1 …..Where do I even start. I chose “easy” auto ship because it was so highly recommended and rated. Booking was great it was quick and easy they gave me a window time when my vehicle would be picked up and told me I would be contacted when it got closer to that time frame… the time came and I didn’t hear anything back. I contacted the lady I was working with and she started to just avoid my messages and calls. I was moving in a few days so started getting stressed so I called to speak to manager 2-3 times and never got a call back from them either. Literally a day before I had to move I had to call and keep asking them so I had to pay more to get a driver that day. The vehicle pickup was just as terrible. This was a horrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Car shipped with damage and claim not processed
Pickup was delayed by 2 days, delivery delayed by a day (I had to rent a car) and car came with a paint / scratch / damage issue near the trunk and a big damage/scratch on the side doors. Now they are not ready to process my claims request, the driver tricked me by giving me a discount of 200 while delivering and said you take to the auto shop and tell us how much they are quoting and then we will discuss it further, I sent them the details and they are saying since you did not pay driver in full we cannot process your claim
