Great Job, Thanks.
They did a great job and helped out with everything. Dumpster was on time and was picked up on time as well. Had a little issue with being over the allowed weight but that’s my fault not theirs and I knew about the over tonnage fee before hand as well. Again, that’s my fault, not theirs. Other than that it was very easy to get the dumpster and I’ll definately call them again once I get tired of my “hoarders” pile.

Julie and Mark are always helpful and competent. Always trying to accommodate my needs. Drivers do a great job setting roll offs as requested. Even dropping carpet scrapes as to not scratch up a driveway. Sorry, I forgot the drivers name but they’re all good.I would be happier if I didn’t get tagged for inactivity on the roll offs. Great company
Great company, had a few little problems with the look of the dumpster ( was tagged with spray paint) but they took care of the problem. I read a review how they were upset the delivery showed up before 6. I would give 5 stars just for that. Trying to get a dumpster early is impossible sometimes. All in all they are the better of the dumpster companies in Phoenix, don't listen to these people who have to write a bad review for anything simple.

Extremely Early Drop-Off Wakes Household and Angers Neighbors
I was given no drop-off time. On delivery day, I was called at 5:27 am, and told that the driver was waiting outside (and given some quick apology about being busy that day, which is why the massively early drop-off). The call woke up my wife as well. I went out (extremely groggy) to move some cars for the drop-off (which would be in my driveway). The driver seemed really anxious. When he backed up, the beeping noise was so loud it made my dogs go crazy, and they woke up the entire house (I have some older teens, and some younger children). The beeping and other noise also woke up my next door neighbor and his household (there's been a little tension since then). When the drop-off was complete, the driver made sure that I could actually get the door open, but left too fast to verify that I could get the door all the way open. There was only enough clearance to get the door half-way open, which made things a bit difficult for all the wheelbarrow loads of dirt I had to get in there.A year or two ago, I used Dumpstr Xpress, their service was great, and their price was way better than everyone else. This time, they didn't have the best price, but I went with them based on my previous experience. Last time, the initial call was very informative. This time, the initial call felt as if I was being threatened (yes, threatened - not warned or advised) about putting anything besides dirt and clean concrete in the dumpster.Despite my good experience last year, there is nothing based off of this latest experience that would bring me back.

If you had zero stars that is what I would have given. Awful experience with even worse consumer service. Poor excuse for a dumpster service company. Go out of business already and let the real professionals (your competitors) do you job please.
