FedEx Could NOT DELIVER RETURNED MERCHANDISE!!
On May 10, 2023 I order 2 package of Can-C eye drops, which is what I customarily order. I received instead, Can-C dry capsules, which I can’t use. I called Customer Service and spoke to Abigail Nuncio who informed me that they would refund the $48 for the original order, but I had to pay $16 to FedEx to return the merchandise. Today I receive an email from FedEx that they could not deliver the merchandise because 1. Customer Not Available or Business Closed. This was during the normal business hours. Because I was concerned, after the hassle of returning the wrong order, I attempted to contact Dr Vitamin Solutions during business hours. They were not available and answering their PHONE / TEXT MSGS / EMAIL - so I don’t know if they are still in business, or just have poor customer service. NOT ANSWERING MULTIPLE REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER SEVERAL HOURS!!??? I just want my original payment of $48 refunded….What’s Up Here???

Ridiculous Delivery Process
I ordered one item, requires cooling, on a Sunday afternoon. It took until Tuesday to approve the order (?) and the company said it was delivered to a USPS drop-off site. Last evening, four days later, the USPS sent me a notice it was delivered to their distribution center in Fort Worth. Given that the company is in that area it is strange it took almost a week to get that short distance. Now I get a notice it will be delivered this Wednesday, one week and three days after submitting the order. My advice to Dr Vitamin Solutions is get a new delivery service and try to streamline this asinine process. Nothing should take that long to be delivered these days. Needless to say I have found another supplier

Very good quality products, I have been ordering from this company for a few years. Consistent service and decent pricing, shipping to Canada is always received in a reasonable amount of time.I order from quite a few companies and I know my products, people who have posted negative reviews here don't know what they're talking about ( most of them have very poor articulation,spelling,etc which is an indication of a person who doesn't understand what they're purchasing) Definitely a good company with an excellent product.

I'm grateful !Well I should have dug deeper and looked at all the indredients in the Lyposomal Glutathione from Pure Absorb. You will find Stevia, which I abhor and worse yet Potassium sorbate as a perservative. and always peruse those ingredients BEFORE you open the package!
