Everything Driving School Software has provided to my business has been outstanding! If/when issues arise, they are quick to address and find a solution. The level of complication with software is high, with all the many components and different practices from business to business, DSS adapts and overcomes! They are continuously improving to make life easy! All new customers should know that the data transfer process of adding existing customers in the beginning is difficult and complex, DSS does what they can to make it as smooth as possible. Be patient, ride the wave, and once you are fully integrated into their software it’s amazing! This does take time, months to even a year, but it is well worth it!

Software has some solid features but when there is a problem or you need a minor alteration to an existing report it takes 6 months or longer to have it resolved. overall, customer service is very mediocre.

Driving School Software can make any driving school operations way easier and more efficient. With its friendly student portal, sales will increase since students don't even need to call to book or buy lessons, settings can be easily changed, which is very useful when adding or removing vehicles, locations, and even staff members. The scheduling process is super friendly and practical for the administrative/operators side, and instructors, with their instructor's portal, can see the new lessons automatically, right after the administrative/operators click on submit. Highly recommended!

THE BEST DECISION TO SWITCH TO DSS
This is the most amazing software service. We have used software for over 5 years and they truly saved our business. Especially during COVID. I was completely over whelmed with paperwork. The fact that I am NOT tech savy absolutely scared me to death to do everything online. But they slowly trained me at my pace, and helped me with website transition and even provided suggestions on how to better adopt. Now my school is completely digital. I kind of cannot remember how I even ran my business before. I cannt say enough about the software and also about their support staff. One of the BEST DECISION I EVER MADE for my driving school.

We have operated a truck driving school for nearly 25 years. Last year, the data base system we used was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. Truck School Software has turned out to be a much better system then what we had before, which proves when one door closes, another door opens and is often a gift to be discovered.
