As a licensed esthetician I love to try new items from skincare lines. I ordered the micro-needling with out the needles from Dr. Brandt. This product is amazing! Wish this was discovered lone ago. My skin looks and feels fantastic! I am 64 years old and my turkey neck is nonexistent! I had no discomfort. The serum tingles for a little bit, and that tells you it is working. I am so excited to try additional products from this line. This company is way ahead of the skincare game. So grateful they discovered that wonderful technology! Thank you to the Dr. Brandt team for giving me amazing results and proven hope that you can age beautifully and gracefully.

I’m new to Dr Brandt Skincare. So far I am very impressed by their customer service and the quality of their products. Their Glowgetters membership is fantastic and the membership practically pays for itself after one of two purchases. Any issues, you can email them and they will get back to you in less than a day, weekends included! I thought this kind of customer service no longer existed so it is very refreshing to see!

I'm new to Dr. Brandt Skincare products but am loving them so far. I started with the Wrinkle Smoothing Cream and I'm seeing results after just 2 weeks of use. I'm also using the Drop of Strength Serum, Revitalizing Face Serum, and Cool Biotic (Redness Relief Cream). I've had great experience with their customer support team too. Definitely worth a try!

Not only are Dr. Brandt products clean and effective, but their customer service is unsurpassed. It is exceptionally good! I love their 360 eye cream the best. My dark circles, bags, are literally gone. No eye treatment has ever been so effective, and I have tried many. I also love their hyaluronic face cream and vitamin c serum.

I contacted Customer Service and they responded within half an hour to confirm my address and let me know they would be expedited shipping a replacement to me. There are issues with their dropper for the serum. They did send me another one which is better but still hard to get the serum out. I wanted to love this product but going to another line that I can actually use.

My original order kept tracking for the next day, and the next day, and the next day.. so it was pretty clear it was a lost package. UPS was no help, so I contacted Dr. Brandt customer service and I cannot tell you how easy it was. I told them what was going on and that was it, no muss, no fuss, they shipped me out another package. It was so nice to have such excellent customer service. They have a customer for life.

I had an issue with my discount when I ordered. I emailed customer service, it wasn’t long at all before they responded and said they’d issue my refund. Within minutes of them saying they’d issue it, I got another email saying it had been done! Wowza!! These guys have the BEST customer service! I also really am loving the products I’m using!! Great customer service! I have used the Dr. Brandt microdermabrasion for years and I am in love with it. No other product cleanses/exfoliates my face like the Dr. Brandt microdermabrasion. So when I saw an ad for the new Dr. Brandt micro points, I had to order it. However, it seems that the package was lost in transit. I emailed customer service and they responded right away! Everything was sorted out quickly and they are sending me another one. I feel that Dr. Brandt actually cares about their customers which I appreciate.
