I enjoy Double Wood supplements and inadvertently became overstocked. Their customer service department kindly assisted in cancelling an authorship and refunding my payment. I’m so impressed and will be a happy returning customer!
The company put me on auto refill. I did not want auto refill. I notified the company and they replied saying, basically, too bad, you selected auto refill at check out and there is nothing we can do. I have to cancel my credit card because they continue to charge. Obviously, this is a scam to get money. NEVER give this company your cc number! And if this is what they have to do to get profit then they must be selling a product that isn't worth buying.
I have been taking their glucosamine supplement for better part of a year. Then started to notice the tablets showing up in my stools. Never dissolved!!!! Forget that. It’s doing absolutely nothing! Not sure what’s in in there but whatever it is all it’s doing is passing through!

The company shipped one instead of 3 of a particular supplement to me. When I informed them, they promptly responded, but then shipped 4 additional bottles rather than two. I informed them of this, and they told me I could keep the extra two bottles since it was their error. I thought that was very nice of them! I also appreciate their selection of supplements and the price which is better than many other companies for the same item/quantity.

For years, I have tried to find a cure for sleep deprivation and painful leg cramps. A smiling primary care physician claimed to have absolutely no knowledge of what to do for leg cramps, and every drug he prescribed for sleep deprivation was a disaster. He is now a former primary care physician. The so-called sleep disorder specialists made no suggestions whatsoever for supplements or any other approach that helped. If not for a caring OBGYN, who first mentioned these supplements-- and my own confirming research-- I would have been struggling still.I have only recently started this regimen, but I am astounded at the difference. I am using up some other magnesium glucinate tablets that I recently purchased, but I started using Double Wood's L-theanine in combo with it. This is the FIRST truly positive change that I have had in a struggle that has lasted almost ten years. My leg cramps have disappeared (as many others have noted here), and I have started sleeping an average of 6-7 hours of sleep a night. This is a huge change for me.That certain medical "experts" are absolutely ignorant of products like these or appear to be uninterested in really helping their patients does not augur well for our medical system. But at least companies like Double Wood have bothered to invest the time and research needed to make supplements that actually benefit their customers. Everything, from ordering to shipping to communication was A+. We'd all be far better off if more companies conducted themselves this way!

My very positive results to clear/clean out arteries that the doctors say are obstructed , useing Nattokinase taken on an empty stomach. For decades my doctors have wanted to prescribe the poisonous statin drugs like Lipitor that I found out that I am highly allergic to after the crippling effects of one 90mg dose of Lipitor. (I'm still experiencing the extremely damaging weakness and cognitive impairment over a year later).I started taking Doublewood Supplements Nattokinase on the suggestion of a friend over a year ago. It was very intelligent to get the best effect of cleaning out any obstructive materials in my arteries to take the Nattokinase on an empty stomach, so I take it first thing after waking where my body has had all night to digest and nourish my body and leave a clear path for the Nattokinase materials to do their thing in dissolving or whatever it does to get rid of 'junk' in my arteries. (The averace indu$trie$ that profit from grossly expensive pharmaceuticals don't want you to know that this can be done). After over a year of taking Doublewood Supplements Nattokinase I had ultrasounds done of major areas of my body. They all showed clear bloodflow and basically no obstructions for a man of my age. I have those official hospital report results. It is my opinion and now what appears to be the investigative research of an honest HHS, Health and Human Services agency that the averace industries that profit financially from 'we the people's' health issues, conveniently withhold important information and natural cures that can attack the root causes of diseases and other health problems. Not just treat the symptoms, that just keeps the problem ongoing and thus a need for more, expensive drugs and even more drugs to treat the side effects of those drugs. It appears to be a very profitable protocol for the industries but not for the patients who need to be healed, not sedated.I have had very good results. I am continuing my efforts to help bring healing and wellness to others with natural God given herbs and materials. I have seen surface cancer exterminated with herbs where the medical protocol scraped it off only to metastasize the cancer. Natural healing needs to be allowed, not demonized. Respectfully submitted to help bring honest and effective health and healing to the people of this world.

Company has inconsistent quality control and give you different products even though you order the same one that comes out different every time. Not only that, if you ever have a problem with your order, you could email and call them. It'll take you a week before somebody ever contacts you back And when they do contact you back they treat you like a little kid and talk down to you and disrespect you. I told them my package was 6 days late and that I didn't want to deal with their company anymore and told them how unhappy I was that nobody contacted me. It took me a week to talk to them You know what they did. They sent another package then sent me an email saying if I don't want the package I could return it at my own expense or refuse the package. What kind of company is that??
Great D3K2 supplementHaving read many articles about the importance of the Trans form of K2 (over the cis), I looked everywhere to find K2 supplements that were totally or largely trans. Double Wood had the best option I could find. I’ve been taking it for months and am very pleased.
We found what appear to be tiny tin foil (Aluminum) balls inside two Creatine Gummies, 1 gram size on 08/14/2025. Our only remedy is to NEVER purchase any Double Wood products ever again.
I got sold their Organic Lemon Balm Tincture which does absolutely nothing. Didn't help with sleep or provide any calming effect, not even a smidge. It is actually worse than nothing because nothing doesn't cost anything while this does. This is the most insulting health product I've ever bought because its a fake product from a company who wants your money by selling you hope.
In March I emailed Doublewood asking them to stop automatic shipments of NMN because I have ample supply. They never acknowledged my email and last week they went ahead and charged my credit card $115. (Order #577431.) I called customer service to complain, waited on hold for six minutes and then was told no agents were available and I should leave a voice mail. I've got half a mind to dispute the charge with the credit card company.

I honestly thought this was a good company, I think some of the products are clean with good ingredients but the spm supplement is so expensive and got a really bad rash and it boggled my mind when I seen that they use non organic soy which is heavily sprayed with pesticides, I don't understand why they can't use something like coconut oil instead of soy , that tells me that they are cheap and would rather use something cheap like soy instead of coconut oil or oil olive. That's sad that people probably don't even know this is a bad ingredient, ima do my best to expose this company for this reason, I will never buy anything from this company again, I've actually made them alot of money because I've bought alot of vitamins from them
I received an email from Double Wood Supplements offering a gift card for filling out a survey (guaranteed). I filled out the survey and was promised to receive a gift card in about 2 weeks. However, it's been more than 3 weeks now, and I still haven't gotten it. I emailed them but have yet to receive a response. So don't fall for it.Edit: the company reached out to me to fix everything, so I went ahead and bumped up my rating.
