I previously had NFC based google business device for my customers to get on the review page with ease, which worked great, so I gave dotcard a try. Their default page doesn't even add my business card and to upload a logo, they require subscription! What a waste of money. The card itself is already expensive for what it is. With the free account, it doesn't even look like a business card, but like social media profile that looks absolutely unprofessional. I'll go back to my old NFC device that foesn't cost anything additional.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. Loved the card until it fell apart in my wallet. I didn't even make it 2 years & the poor quality became very apparent. They expect you to buy a new card. This seems like a rip off to me.

So easy to use

So easy to use. Love the dot band! Even if I leave or turn off my phone at a meeting or lunch appointment my band is always available.

One to 10 ease-of-use was a 10 I was a little disappointed though I wanted my logo on my card and I never received it but overall the card functionality was excellent. It did what it said it did. I’m just disappointed about my logo not being there. I give it an eight out of 10.

I paid for the metal card and they sent me the wristband, I messaged them and told them the situation they still haven’t got back with me. Absolutely terrible service.

The worst customer service

The worst customer service, and misleading subscription model. I accidentally signed up to the annual membership and was charged by them. I literally had no idea I had a subscription, so I cancelled it immediately after I was charged and request a refund kindly. I did use their services and I didn’t even have a card. They said no to a refund and subsequently I now don’t have access to my account because I cancelled it, so I’ve thrown over $130 in the bin.

I am very happy with the purchase of my Dot Card.

I am very happy with the purchase of my Dot Card. It is so much easier when networking and it I always have it on me when meeting with clients and prospects. This makes it so much easier to provide my contact information to others.

Unique product and Platform

Unique product and platform. Item descriptions a bit confusing on website. Shipping timeframe was slow. A short video or test QR could would help potential Customers visualize the end product functionality better. Higher pricing than competitors, but would still buy DOTcard again.

Good AI chat info

The information the AI chat provided helped in resolving my issue in a timely manner. I liked that the chat thread remained on the website so when the first suggestion did't work I didn't have to repeat what my issue was.

Was charged for the 3 month free trial after only 2 days

Was charged for the link service when it was supposed to be a 3month trial, and was charged 2days after I linked my fb acct, the company uses false tactics to gain customers, under the guise of no fees, until you activate it, then you are confronted with the $108 yearly fee, but they offer a 3month free trial which is a lie, they take the money out the second you link anything but your name and number, and no response from customer support

NOT REMOTELY CLOSE TO A SCAM

THIS IS A SERVICE AND DEPENDING ON YOUR NEEDS…IT CAN BE A LIFESAVER… BUT LIKE NETFLIX OR SPOTIFY, it serves its purpose as well!! I love my .card and in time, I WILL get a metal card as well for my next project!

Excellent buying experience.

Cindy reached out to me promptly. She was professional, knowledgeable about your products and processes; and ultimately was able to answer all of my questions and make suggestions on what would look best on your companies materials. Every interaction was professional and I feel that there is pride behind the dotcards brand. I also recognize and appreciate the amazing deal of being able to utilize technology to save on thousands of paper cards and less hassle if some contact information needs to be changed. Amazing product and experience thus far.
