Customer service and communication is very fast and thorough. I had made a mistake on the date for engraving, and if not for the Donuma team confirming my selections, I would have been SOL.And the end product is everything I could have asked for and more, beautiful craftsmanship and the custom melody is spot on!Would, and have already recommended to my friends and family.

Perfect gift for a daughter from a father
First class experience from start to finish. The involvement from seller was so refreshing. They went out of their way to make sure that the end product was as close to perfect as it ended up being. I chose to do a custom song in the music/jewelry box. I chose the clip I thought I wanted. The seller took the time to make a selection from the same song, and it was so much better. Then they put a sample together and had me approve it before continuing. When I gave the music/jewelry box to my daughter she cried so hard (happy cry). It was such a wonderful reaction, she has never let herself express emotion like that in front of me before. I'm her father, and the emotion she showed was so powerful I cried too. Her and I have endured such a tough life, that showing affection in general is very difficult let alone toward one another. But when this gift was given, we gave each other a long overdue hug. I needed to find a way to show my daughter how much she means to me and this went a long way. And for that I will eternally be grateful to this seller. A gift that will be with her long after my time is over.

Music box is For my daughter's 42 birthday. I have always loved music boxes. When I saw your ad, I was fascinated. I have been very impressed with the short delivery period, selection of products, beautiful packaging of gift and I am sure she will love the it!!

Perfect and petite
I was looking for a customizable music box when found I this one. It was super easy to order and there was clear communication from those making the box too once the process started. I still can’t believe how beautiful it turned out! It is a little pricey, but to me it was worth every penny for the quality. I mean even the packaging it came in is super nice. I never would have found a music box that was able to play the song I wanted just by looking in general. I love that I can watch all the little gears turning while it plays plus there’s even a space to put a picture inside. The box itself is perfectly petite and sturdy. I’m glad I chose Donuma!
