Family/franchise run, no commission sales, on time, a bit of a custom install that seems to be working out well. A little disappointed to find that satellite was a sub- vendor after doing research and picking DogWatch in the first place, but custom wire is A-OK.

What a life I have now.
What a life I have now.. Letting the dogs run the entire perimeter of my yard instead of being on a leash, and I sit and watch with my coffee. They LOVE it. Well worth the price. Now if I could talk my neighbor into one...

professional, personable, and quick to respond and fix anything
We've used dog watch for 26 years with our pyreness and now with our three Field Spaniels. This system works great. Only recently one of our dogs was getting out. After trying several fixes (changing batteries, changing prongs, changing collars), we called Ryan (or Bryan). He came up immediately and within 15 minutes, he determined that our garage transmitter had worn out. He replaced it and now we're back in business. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quick. We recommend Dog Watch of Northern Colorado and the system. It keeps dogs in and doesn't obstruct the view. It took less than a week to first train our dogs to keep within our boundaries. The wire they use is strong enough to withstand gopher teeth. Even a passing rabbit, gopher, or deer isn't enough to tease our dogs out of our area. Also, Ryan is great to work with and quickly answers any possible questions we might have when we had an asphault driveway put in over the wire or had a new internet cable laid across the wire. This is by far one of the best purchases we've ever made. Our dogs are safe and happy.

Totally changed our dogs life with confidence Maddie is safe within the boundaries no need for ugly fences which cost so much more than the collar. Cannot recommend enough

Highly suggest this system!
We purchased this system a few years ago for our dog that thought chasing deer was a great idea. It has worked fabulously ! We have since added a golden retriever to the family and needed to add on an extra collar. Training her was very quick and easy!

NO RESPONSE from this company when wanting to do business
I have left messages with Jeff Moyer (the area rep) and the DogWatch Hidden Fences Company, and never hear from anyone! Not even a call to acknowledge my attempt to contact them. I tell them "we're ready to do business." One would think that by indicating that, we would at least hear from someone. I even put Jeff Moyer's phone number into my contact list so I wouldn't miss his call. No Response! When I called the Company customer service, I spoke with an old bird who offered very little, as though she couldn't care less that we called; that is disgraceful customer service.

Dog Watch fencing has been a life saver…
Dog Watch fencing has been a life saver for both me and our dog. The first time the dog realized he could run free and not be on a leash I could actually see a smile on his face. I highly recommend Dog Watch for anyone with a large dog that needs lots of exercise.

I got them to install wire nay did a poor job got it for xed by different companies mpany now works by the way I have sport dog for two years works great
I got them to install wire nly and they did a very poor job dog got out in one week called them they did nothings no had to fix the wire they put in there it very nice to deal with

My dogs were constantly escaping from my garden, so much so that I cldnt let them out unless they were on their leads, I was at my wits end, I was sceptical about whether the fence would work. It worked immediately. The person who fitted & trained the dogs was very good, he explained everything really clearly to me & trained the dogs. I thought the training wld be on going, but my dogs understood straight away. My only regret was that I didn’t get it fitted sooner!!!!

Best thing we could do for our high energy dog!
Am so glad to have purchased the hidden fence….. I’m not sure who is happier….. me or my dog Bailey. I was skeptical that she would actually respect the boundary but she learned it so quickly and she has been running our large yard safely since it was installed months ago. My daughter purchased a competing system and when we compare the two …. We both find the Dog Watch brand to be significantly superior due to the ability to adjust the system ourselves and because of how the system works. Our dealer Marianne from Endless Mountains was wonderful in her responses to all my questions…. even after they completed the install. They were efficient, knowledgeable and extremely informative. Overall…. money very very well spent. I highly recommend.

You should hire Mark
Mark was great to work with. He helped us promptly and genuinely cared about the safety of our dog. He showed us how to train her and has assured us he will be there to help us if any problems occur with the fence. We're confident he will be there if we need him. I strongly recommend him to anyone needing an underground fence.
