I have loved every purchase & interaction with Dogs Naturally. My furbaby has benefitted tremendously from their products, which always ship out extremely fast & deliver quickly. They also offer percentages off via email, which I appreciate. Highly recommend!
I'm a veterinarian who just stumbled across this website, sadly promoted by search engine optimisation algorithms and not due to its own merits. I need to say, this website is promoting dangerous public health disinformation and paranoid conspiracy fantasies amounting to libel against the veterinary profession, medical researchers, pharmaceuticals, and feed producers. Nobody who cares about dogs should be anywhere near this magazine, which can and probably even has gotten dogs killed. I may look into asking a lawyer whether there is any legal action that can be taken to prevent this from being published.
Nice products but don’t expect to receive them for 14-16 days after they say they have shipped them.
Dogs Naturally has excellent customer service. Whenever I email they reply within an hour or 2, if I call they pick up right away or I have left voicemails before and they call back same day. It's unheard of with most companies these days. I am so so happy with their replies. Highly recommend!
Dogs Naturally store (The Natural Dog Store) has been around forever. I started following them in 2017 when my dog had skin issues and I wasn't loving the advice I was getting from the vet. After a Google search, I found their blog and store, and I am forever grateful. I now buy their Alice and Eli products (by Dogs Naturally). Specifically, Happy Skin, I have a few products from Four Leaf Rover, and I am trying one from Silver Linings. They are the best holistic resource for dog owners on the planet. I literally go nowhere else. Their customer service is unmatched. I called Guy and he literally chatted with me for a bit and helped me pick the right products for Whimsy. Thanks Guy! Thanks Dogs Naturally, I'm a lifer now!
I ordered over $100 dollars worth of probiotics , gut guard & canine enzymes from this company ord # 451984 . I received an email it would be delivered yesterday , it never came ! It came today all 3 canisters in a simple plastic bag in which that bag was placed in my black mailbox in 85 degree heat ! I expected an insulated box to be delivered to my doorstep ! NOT !!!! Anyway got my mail & surprise there’s my dogs naturally order ! I opened the plastic bag & all 3 canisters were very warm !😡 most all probiotics & dietary supplements are heat sensitive . My order is ruined ! This company has poor shipping standards ! They also don’t deliver on time . If they cared about our animals the orders would be properly insulated , packaged & delivered to your doorstep ! Please don’t waste your money like I did .
