The team was very communicative about the entire process. When I had additional questions, they answered me very swiftly! I even received excellent customer service BEFORE I bought my system. I had questions about the timeline, and they were able to help me understand the process better. They even were able to accommodate a specific pick up date for me! When I sent my husband to pick up the system, he remarked that the facility was very discrete and well maintained. The ladies at the front were incredibly kind to him, and he was able to pick up my system with ease.

Unmatched Customer Service
I recently purchased an Armor TL through DHS, this past month. This build was custom and Brian was amazing going back and forth with me through emails to get everything just right. The computer was built and shipped. Arrived within a week, packed flawlessly but unfortunately the box had some damage on the corner so most likely it was dropped. The GPU and PCI slot we're damaged upon unpacking and inspecting the system. I re-seated everything and tried to get it to work, and it did for about an hour before the card failed completely. I reached out to Brian and Abby via Email with pictures of the damage. Brian got back to IMMEDIATLY and let me know they would re-build and ship me a completely new system ASAP. This level of customer service really sets this company apart. The team at DHS went above and beyond in my opinion to make sure everything was perfect with my system, and this was my first purchase with them ever!New system arrives and its perfect. Thank you Doghouse Systems, I cant recommend this company enough. Down the road I'll be having them build every system I'll ever need.

One of the best company I have ever worked with. I have purchased multiple device with them and they are the only computer company I will have make computers for me. The last gaming rig they made lasted me roughly 10 year with minimal upgrades to it. There customer service is no joke at all as they walk you through everything and care more that you are taken care of versus getting to the next person for a sale. Quite frankly, I couldn't be happier. It worked out of the box with no problem, I've been gaming and using it for work (I work from home) so it gets a lot of use each day. They Know What They're Doing
I bought a gaming laptop from them in December that I'm beyond happy with. The selection was pretty good in upgrades, all the way down to the games that come preinstalled. The customer support that talked to me were helpful with my questions. Turned it on and it was fast and ready to go with everything installed and updated, including the games. Although I bought it for gaming, it functions as a great tool for work and life.
