This is a complete scam, this company will not cancel or refund on a subscription that we did not know we had. The company actively avoids answering questions about the subscription, they avoid confirming when the cancellation takes effect, they state that customer satisfaction is their priority. They are a complete joke and the company need to be shut down. We are investigating legal action.
This company prioritizes profits over people. I was charged for an unwanted subscription renewal after a recent layoff. Despite requesting a refund immediately and explaining my hardship, they denied me. The product is useless, but their refusal to show basic decency to a customer in a difficult spot is the real reason to avoid this company.
I had ordered their PDF for $15 last month, then today I was charged $38.95 for their 'subscription' to Doggy Plan. WHAT??? I did not sign up nor agree to a subscription. They say they do not give refunds! This company is dishonest!!!!
Beware it’s a complete scam. Charged me for 3 months at $130 each month, never received anything from them, didn’t refund. No service or program provided. Had to block them and investigate them via bank and am looking into legal aspect of it so they can be banned. Also reported them on social media.
Mixed bag with doggy-plan. Their video lessons gave our cocker spaniel instant “sit,” but the follow-up was slow—two emails went unanswered and the phone nobody picks. Worth the discounted price, yet the subscription renewal sneaked up like a stealth treat.

Hi there! I found this site for my seven month old puppy and he is already very trainable. I have taught him to sit, shake hands, spin, go to his place and even bark on command using this program. I have tried many training methods and this is by far the best!

Excellent choice for dog training! The results are excellent, I saw changes after a week of regular use, and customer support is top notch - always ready to help and answer any questions. I don't plan to change it yet, I like everything.
So far so good. My dog is responding well to these methods and I am really enjoying the process. We have just started the training and are moving on to the next module. I am looking forward to completing the entire course and hope to achieve the best possible results.

Absolute Scammers preying on good people. You pay a small amount for a (terrible) course and they keep charging yo. They claim to be transparent, but are anything but transparent. Transparency would be an email letting you know when a USD$50 monthly charge was about to be taken from your card. But no, they are hoping you'll miss it, as I did for 10 months. Avoid at all costs!
Scammers. You pay for a course and then they continue to charge you, claiming their policy is transparent, which it isn’t, they don’t send a subscription reminder, which would be transparent.
This organization is run by a bunch of scumbags with no regard for their customers. I signed up for the service last year and quickly stopped using it as soon as I realized how bad it was. The trainers were often times contradicting each other and themselves and it was useless. They then charged me another $120 recently and when I reached out for a refund they were horrible and still denied the refund even without proof I was using the service.Terrible dog training and terrible customer service. I wish I had read the reviews before signing up because clearly everyone else feels the same way. The whole thing is a money grab. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I had the service and when my dog passed even though the service will no longer be used they refused to refund when the renewal went through. They kept saying that it does not meet their criteria for a refund. Just 6 days after renewal
