HELLO SHADY PEOPLE!!!!!YOU SHOILD RESPOND ADEQUATELY, PROMPT AND IN TUNE FOR YOUR SO. ALLED CUSTOMERS.. THIS IS NOW BEYOND OUT OF CONTROL READING ALL YOIR OTHER REVIEWS. I BELIEVE A LAW SUIT WILL BE PUT IN THE WORKS FOR ALL THOSE BESIDES MY SELF THAT ARE CURRENTLY BEING AFFECTED AND OR HAVE BEEN AFFECTED.
I order 2 items from the website took something like a month to arrive. 1 of the item was way to small. When they eventually replied to my emails and chat they said I could send it back for a exchange. I sent I back recorded delivery it was signed for in February. Had nothing back from them sent numerous emails and chats nothing. Customer service is appalling £35 wasted quality of items I will say is good. However sizes are not BUYER BEWARE
I purchased a puffer jacket for my dog from a Facebook ad. That was my first mistake! Nowhere did it say the product was coming from China! It took 31 days to finally get it and then the size was waaaayyy to small. Very inaccurate description. I asked them for directions to send back for a full refund and they tell me they are based out of Scotland and I would need to pay for shipping back to them. It costs almost as much as the jacket itself. No where in their ad did it say that. Very misleading. Crappy product. Crappy service. Don’t buy from them.
Ordered a game from an online company. Turned out to be this company, now cannot even find said game on their website. Ordered beginning of December so plenty of time before Christmas yet still not arrived. Tried to contact them about the order with no response, waste of money seems to be a complete scam and I am prepared to never receive my order at this point. Do not use them.
Order a jacket 3 weeks ago and have still not received the item and can’t get hold of anyone plz don’t buy anything off the website plz save yourself from the hassle
The dogface.ch is a scam. Made my order, paid by card and had an acknowledgement but never received anything or heard back from them. Then started trying to email them and got "undeliverable" notices back. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!
The wrong size is given on the website, to return or exchange the product, you must contact them to get a return number. they do not reply to messages, there is no contact with them, no telephone number. I do not recommend anyone shopping in this store, they are scammers!
This company is a joke. Size chart they provide is completely off, we followed the chart ordered size L and jacket that arrive would barely fit Chihuahua!!! Tried to contact customer service to exchange the size and... no answer. Chased them again and nothing. Just don't bother, this company can not be trusted
